That day in the woods 3

As we ran through the woods I could feel an indescriable pressure building up, slowly at first, we could hardly feel it just a few minute ago but now though it started visibly affecting us. How do I describe it, this pressure, it seems powerful I didn't realize when but at some point my body started sweating, my hands are shaking the hairs on my body started standing up. Is it fear? I question myself but why do I still feel no hesitation heading towards it. I don't think that's it. Puzzled I look at the boy running by my side, Milo he looks like he is sweating too his condition looks exactly like mine is he scared?

No his face, he is smiling? As I open my mouth trying to ask him why.

"I don't know. "

"Huhh?? "

"I don't understand it either, this feeling I don't think I am scared though. " So says Milo while holding tightly his chest with one hand while with his other hand is scratching his head. His face holding a puzzled silly smile.

"I don't think it's coming from towards the village, this pressure. " Kazuki looked at Milo and then towards their right.

"Let's go take a look" Says Milo.

"Huh??What? are you sure? " exclaimed Kazuki with wide eyes as he looked at Milo.

'What is this ? He's not the one to suggest such things. I have known him from like forever this pressure is really wierd and Milo never likes the unknown. Even sister says to listen to Milo when outside, she says he is smart. I don't really like it sometimes when sister praises him so much but Milo is mostly right.Even though he is like maybe a few days older than me, arghh! it's not the time to think about such things but still it's first time Milo has suggested something like that. He never even eats the food from someone else first.'

"We have to know what this is. We never know it could be a trouble for the village it's always better to know what we are dealing with firsthand. And we are just scouting for this we will run if it something scary." 'Not to mention this feeling. I think it's, excitement.' Said Milo with a somewhat serious face. Milo would never put his last feelings into words in front of Kazuki.

'If even I want to go towards this pressure, Kazuki will be roaring to go. He's not the one to hold back his feelings.' Milo thought as he looked at the now smiling Kazuki rubbing his hands and his deep black eyes that were now shining with excitement, his face sweating profusely his body shaking like Milo's own.

"Ok! as you say big brother Milo" said Kazuki with a refreshing smile.

'Son of a. . wew.So badly huh.' Thought Milo while laughing inwardly after taking a deep breath.
