Combing the Mountainside
Back under the Mroebo skies, two figures were ascending a rocky ridge. It was mid-morning as the goblin-cheetahkin duo moved in swift bursts.
The chatter between them was nigh nonexistent. They only spoke briefly and quietly. More often than not, it was when Rizz wanted to stop or if he thought he noticed something in the area.
Rizz was breathing steadily, keeping a profound rhythm with each breath.
In the back of his head, Rizz was constantly hyping himself up. *You've done this thousands of times. None of the beasts should be epic rarity or higher. Most should be common or uncommon, relying on physical abilities instead of magical abilities. With a ranger's support, the Rizz can hustle anything!*
Their progress was consistent till midday. By then, they were past the ridge and into the mountainside.
A short water and snack break was taken with Rizz constantly pacing and glancing in all directions.
