chapter 1

Chitra a 18 year old med student. Growing up was hard for her not because she was poor but her mom and dad always fought and fought. Not that her dad was a great man he use to come home drunk and say mean things to her mom and her. She hated it. He never gave her the attention she deserved ad his child he was always busy in drinking and with his friends. But one day it all changed. Her mom found out he was cheating on her. They both were heartbroken. Even thought her father drank all the time her mother stilll took a very good care of him because she loved her too dearly and her father broked it. It was all over for her she was so sad she thought of ending her life but she thought chitra and saw how chitra was lonely too she missed her dad too. She was broken too. She was a strong person as she took chitra with her and ran away she sold all her jewellers to get food and she worked all the time as janitor and waitress to provide them with food and for her school. Her mother raised her all alone she took very much care of her and she took had a very great bond with her mother as she was her only family left. Chitra was a adult now and she too started working part time job in a cafe and in a supermarket . But soon her mother fell ill she found out that her mom was a diabetic patient and was on her last stage she was too broken to cry she cant lose her one and only family.

Chitra's best friend Nikhil was with her all the time they were neighbour and were in the same school same class so they became friends. Nikhil's family was very kind and friendly they often took care of chitra when her mom worked night shifts. They were best friends and were inseparable.

Sharyu was walikng to her tution because she was bad at maths her her tution teacher helped her with it she stopped at nandini's house which was on the way so they both will walk together. Her tution teacher was a young 30 year old married women with two 8 year old kids sai and shiv she is a very good womanshe and her husband ran away from home to marry eachother because their family denied and from that day till now her family never saw each other and didnt even came to see their grandkids but her husband took a very good care of her and was always by her side she could see how much he cared for her. She wish she will also find a true love. Her name was sonali and she liked all the tution kids the same and since she had less fees sharu joined there. Kids of various age were there too. It was a fun class there were 3 more girls of her age chiv whereas sau was a year old than her. There were many boys in the class too which they were a very good friends with. Sharu felt happy with her little friend group. As she was walking and chit chatting with her Nandini and the house where she was tutored at came close and she she saw sujal and daksh two boys of her tution which were a year younger than her as soon as they both saw them. Sujal pulled us aside a hid us behind the door "what are yo-" "shush" said sujal cutting her in between his eyes meeting briefly with her. He pointed his finger towards the door. in front of the door stood a black posh car. Which she doubted was sonali's as they were poor too they peeked inside and saw a man wearing black boots black jacket and black tie sitting and her the atmosphere seemed tensed As well as her teacher. And then sonali's husband came back from office and as soon as he saw the man in black his body paled. he went on his knees in front of the man and joined his hands and begged him "please give me some more time i promise i will give back all your amount".

"I gave you enough time. I thinks its time you give us back our money" the man said and pulled out a document paper from his jacket "here you said yhat you will give your house to us if you failed to give us our money back". Upon hearing this her teacher's eyes started to water and she too started to beg him "please sir dont do this this home is all we have. We will have no place to sleep. Our kids will end up on the streets". Sharyu was shocked. Poor sai and shiv they were just 8. "Look its not a small amout it was 50 million. 50 MILLION!! do you thinks its a joke?! I gave you 5 months and even extended the time and you didnt pay back so pack your bags and empty the house" the man said calmly. 50 million that was more than the house. She will get to eat pizzas for lifetime if she get this much money. "No please dont do this" her husband still pleaded the man looked pissed as if his patience was running out "i cant" he said and was about to walk out when sonali held his leg and cried and begged. Sharu's heart constricted painfully in her chest. The man look very angry now. "Hey woman i am talking nicely go awa-" "no please mister listen to us we will pay you back jus-" sonali was cut back her sentence as the man pulled her hair harshly and pulled out a gun and put it on her forehead. "I told you didn't i? Pack your bags and leave before i make you" nandini put her hand on her mouth and her husband came by her side. "Oh you want some time?" The man said giving some hope to sonali and her husband. "Then let me have some time alone with your wife i will make sure she will have a great time". He said pulling her hair more harshly. She screamed loudly for help. And then suddenly her husband punched the man hard on his cheek. Sonali fell back and the both girls came by her side. "You bastard how could you say something so sh*tty" he roared and attacked on him. Both the men fought fyriously. The man punched him and her husband and he felt on the floor unconscious sonali screamed. The man snapped his head towards ger direction and came towards her he pulled her head and she screamed then it his her he was taking her to the bedroom to do bad to her. Sharyu jumped and ran to he man and punched him his hand left sonali and was now on her neck choking her she kicked him in his balls and the man felled on the floor she bent down and pulled his hair. And spoke with venom "you will go to jail for breaking into someone's house and harassing two girls" she said as she stood and kicked him again there to buy some time as she called her friend pratik whose uncle was a police as sujal helped her to tie the mans hand with a rope she saw and Daksh went towards the unconscious uncle. Pratik picked up the call in 2 rings "i am in my tution block no. 4 and house 2. A man broke into the house and harassed 2 people come fast i wont be able to buy more time". She cut the call after that. "You kid you are just 18. Why are doing butting in between its the adult's business dont butt in or else you will have to pay the price". He man said "shut up if you dont want to be gagged" sharu spoke back her attention towards sonali's husband. "Do you even know? Who i am?" "Yea you are a piece of shit" she spoke savagly. As the man started to laugh for a second she thought he was some sort of psyco. "My boss wont spear you little girl you shouldn't have done this i will get my revenge" he spoke with a weird smile on his face. "Cant you just shut up for a while the police is on their way. Cant you see i am not interested in talking to shit. And about your boss you will only be able to tell him this incident if you get your ass safely out of the police station". She said and put a gag in his mouth to shut him up.

She heard the police sinres coming close and the police entering the house. Pratik's eyes widened seeing all this he quickly came towards sharu and started examining her while saying "How did this happened? Are you ok? Did he tried to touch you? Or hit you? Wait hiw did you got this marks on you neck" he bombarded her with questions while the other officers were talking with sonali and examining her husband. "Calm down ray i will tell you everything". She said. Ray was a nickname for pratik she gave it to him when they were little.
