Otsutsuki traveling the Multiverse

My first attempt at writing something. Constructive cristiscm would be appreciated. The story starts in Naruto, with a guy that 'reincarnated' in the Narutoverse as an Ōtsutsuki. He got 3 wishes and starts his journey though the multiverse towards becoming a true God.

Stealing form the Tsuchikage

Following the sunrise the next morning, I made my way towards the training ground on the outskirts of the city. They were of course all on rocky terrain, and sadly I didn't spot any higher leveled ninja doing their exercises.

The Genin and Chunin however were active trying to improve to the best of their abilities. Sometimes Jonin Sensei would be overseeing them, or even do some sparing, but they've never used any of the jutsu I was actually interested in.

I did however still obtain a few jutsu that I could copy. All of them were D- and C-Rank Techniques, for example the Double Suicide Decapitation Technique, Earth Wall Technique, Earth Tunneling Technique, Tearing Earth turning Palm Technique, and the Hiding like a Mole Technique.

The C-Rank Jutsu were used during a spar between two Chunin, and I was happy I got to observe them.

The sun was still high in the sky, so I decided that before I start spying on the Tsuchikage, I will look for any scrolls with their villages S-Rank Techniques.

It wasn't particularly hard to find them, as I already found the most likely place they were stored yesterday while scouting.

Following a hidden tunnel deep underground the village, there were rooms filled with the villages secrets. They had a lot of controversial things going on there, but I wasn't surprised since every village was greedy.

From human experimentation to torture chambers, they had it all. I assumed that where they were not only used for information gathering but also to try to recreate kekkei genkai.

I didn't bother with any of these things happening however, and headed straight towards a room at then end of the underground structure. Stored within that room was what I assumed to be a library of sorts, filled with their documents.

I checked for any seals, but luckily they didn't have any. I did notice one at the entrances to the underground structure, but they would only react if someone breached the invisible bubble around the structure.

Since I could get in from anywhere, there was no breach, and I could take my time going through their documents.

I was happy at that moment that they weren't sophisticated in fuinjutsu or had any help with it like Konoha had from the Uzumaki.

I found a lot of things, about the findings on different villages, their bloodlines and techniques but also incriminating evidence on their own village. I left it all, I had no need for such things and wouldn't ever need it either or so I thought.

At some point I found the section with the stored information on their techniques and read through them all. It did take me more than an hour to read through everything, and since I had my eidetic memory I luckily didn't need to make an effort into remembering everything or stealing it for that matter but it still took time.

The plethora of jutsu weren't all of the earth element either, however most of them were. To name a few:

Barrier: Earth Prison Dome of Magnificent Nothingness, Earth Flow Divide, Earth-Style Rampart, Earth Mausoleum Dumpling, Earth Spear, Rock Clone, Fist Rock Technique, Moving Earth Core, Fissure, Antlion Technique, Bedrock Coffin, Flying thrown Stones, Swamp of the Underworld, Golem Technique, Opening Earth Rising Excavation, Earth Corridor, Light/ and Added-Weight Rock Technique.

They had techniques of other elements as well, however only a small amount of A-Rank Jutsu, a few B-Ranks and more of only C- and D-Ranks. I still copied them anyway, but I was the most happy with two of the Wind Style A-Rank Jutsu. Air Bullets and Vacuum Great Sphere would surely come in handy in the future, especially since the air is invisible.

I put everything the way it was before and left as unnoticed as I came in. I couldn't help but smile the whole way back. I just robbed the whole village of mostly every technique they had and these idiots didn't even notice.

'Greatest theft ever.' I thought.

I really wanted to leave everything behind and just start practicing, but I still desired the Dust Release.

I quelled my excitement and got a bit serious again, and started spying on the Tsuchikage. My Shinkagan made these things incredibly easy so I not only looked at him as he was sitting in his office going through paperwork, but also looked at the different documents he kept in and on his table.

Sadly there was nothing of interest, so I decided to wait until he left for his home and see if he has anything kept over there.

It was around 10 at night when he left his office and arrived at his home. The little guy was flying all the way. It was amusing to see how he did it. Comparing that with my True Flight would be an insult. I could see how changing directions and gaining speed and breaking mid air would make a lot of trouble and could only chuckle thinking about it.

When I saw which house was his, I first scanned everything with my Shinkagan and noticed a hidden room in the ground.

If I had known where his house was during the day I would have already went through all of his stuff, but alas I didn't, so I needed to wait until the next day until I could comb through everything.

The night passed quickly and once I noticed him leaving his house I went to inspect everything personally. The hidden room wasn't really all that hidden since it was only a few meters underground, but at least it was protected with the same barrier thing the underground structure had.

Easily enough I went inside and looked closely at what he had going on there. It seemed like his home office plus personal library, but what really intrigued me was a scroll that was sealed and needed a key to open it.

With this one I couldn't just read it, since the Tsuchikage would notice either way that it has been opened. I had to bet and gamble that those were his notes or explanation on the Dust Release, if not I'd steal this unnecessarily, but whatever.

I placed his scroll in mine and left as I came, quickly leaving the city and taking to the air. The region was filled with mountains so I decided to land on the peak of an isolated one where I wouldn't be bothered.

Arriving a few hours later, I located a cave high up on the mountain and sat down to open the Tsuchikages gift package.
