3. 1000 missions

Maya looked around. It was the office. The office of the management company she was part of.

"Congratulations." 

Maya looked around to find that it was Athena. However, as soon as their eyes met, Maya was sure she wasn't.

She knew those eyes very well. 

The first time she had seen those eyes was when she was just 14. She escaped her home to be an idol.

Her entire family was against it, but she didn't care. She was even desperate enough to sign the contract with the devil.

"Don't call me the devil. I am a businessman." Athena said.

"Didn't I say not to possess Athena's body?"

"Oh! I forgot. She is the human you cared about, isn't she?"

Maya frowned but didn't answer.

"Congratulations." Failed to receive a response, she said again.

"For what?"

"You have become an executive of the company."

"Company?"

"The World Solution Inc."

"Just say what you want to say."

"You were 14 when you signed the contract, right?"

"The slave contract."

"Come on, don't say that. Aren't you the most well-known star in the country for that reason? Who would let their slaves achieve so much? You are just a beginner worker for the company."

No matter how much Maya wanted to deny it, it was true. Without the help of this otherworldly being, she wouldn't have easily been able to succeed in the industry, as her family was trying to sabotage her.

And that was the easiest part of it. Joining the industry and making it big were two different things.

Although the idol group she debuted with was a flop, she still gained a substantial fan base. When the group disbanded at 21, she debuted as an actress and didn't need to look back.

Now 34, she is one of the most well-known actresses in the industry. There wasn't a single award she didn't receive.

"But I have to give it to you. You are like a real monk."

Athena smirked at Maya's glare, saying, "In the department of lust, not many could complete 1000 otherworldly missions and not lose themselves in lust."

"It was amazing on its own, but the fact that you didn't even lose your virginity is something else."

Maya frowned, asking, "Wasn't that part of the contract?"

"It is." Athena paused, adding, "Not even one in 100 could follow it. If you had failed to do so, then you would have become a slave. However, you didn't just stay a virgin. You even became an executive of the company after completing 1,000 missions."

"So that means I am free now."

"Yes and no. How can we let such a good candidate leave the company?"

There was a pause before Athena said, "Don't glare at me. Let me reward you first."

"Reward!?"

"Yup, for completing 1000 missions, your body in this world is free of constraint."

"Sorry!?"

"You can now lose your virginity and go wild. Do whatever you want."

"And…"

"You can take any quest you want. You don't need to do weekly quests anymore. One per month would be enough."

"I still have to do those quests."

"Even I have to do it, and I am a senior executive." Athena smiled, adding, "Now the quest will be easy. Why do you think there were no quests for those dominant characters? Because we executives take those jobs mostly. You can even take the job for those good characters."

"That's it?"

"Do you know you are the one who is more like a devil?"

Maya looked at her, adding, "I have learned from someone good at the work."

Athena nodded, continuing, "You will have some junior members beneath you. We will give you two people, but you have to recruit three more for a team of five."

"Why did the reward sound like more work for me?"

Athena smiled but didn't answer. "Now that you are an executive, you can fulfill one more of your wishes." 

"I want a big family."

"Big family?"

"A loving husband and…"

Athena couldn't help but feel amused looking at the Maya. It was understandable that she had a high libido. After all, that was the minimum requirement for choosing a participant who would do some work related to lust in the other world.

Maya was a rare one.

Maya shook her head. "I don't want that. I want someone who will truly love me. I want someone for whom I would go against the world if needed."

"If you go against the world, then the world will be…" Athena shook her head.

Maya wasn't amused and continued staring at her.

"You are from my team and have just become an executive. There are not many executives who could say it proudly. Do you know how much fame I have gained for you?"

"So?"

"So, I think I will fulfill your wish at my expense."

"Sorry?"

"For a senior executive like me, it is not much of a problem to change the casualty of your world a little. Let me see…"

"Can you do that?"

"An executive can change it a little if that is not their original world." As Athena was talking, her eyes turned white.

Athena smiled but didn't answer, "How many children do you want?"

Maya smiled and didn't answer. 

"By the way, how many children did you have throughout the quest?"

"Um…"

"Of course, you wouldn't remember. It took 1,000 quests over 20 years. There…"

"2918."

Athena wasn't sure that she had heard it right.

"2975, if I count the times I have died during childbirth."

"I understand." Athena didn't delve into the topic but instead asked, "So, what do you want?"

Maya thought for a long time before she added, "I don't want to have sex with another man other than my husband."

"Huh!"

Maya's face was straight. She wasn't in the mood to negotiate.

Sigh

"It's like I am killing my golden egg-laying duck." Athena took a deep breath, asking, "But I can't change your gender."

"I don't want to."

"Then how are you going to do the quest?"

"I won't." Maya smiled.

"That was your plan all along, wasn't it?" Athena gave her a false glare, saying, "Too bad for you. There is another way. Do you know what futanari is?"

Maya paused. Of course, she knew. She even slept with quite a few of them because of the quest.

"Now that you have become an executive, you can have an astral body. You can use that as your own if you enter another world."

Before Maya could understand what she was talking about, Athena opened her shirt and exposed her bra.

Maya felt Athena really meant it. She quickly denied it because she was sure the devil knew how to entice someone very well.

She simply grinned and remained silent, even though Athena could read her thoughts.

There was an awkward pause between them as they stared at each other.

"What are you doing here?" Athena asked.

'She had left.' Maya could feel the change in the tone of her voice. "Didn't you call me here?"

"Oh!" As soon as Athena tried to think, she felt a pain in her head. It took her a moment to recover. She said, "The chairman has called."

"Grandfather!?"

Athena nodded, adding, "He had asked you to return home next week. They have some kind of party there."

Maya thought for a moment, "Won't the shooting start next week?"

"Don't worry about it. I will call the director and ask for…"

"No need. I will shoot."

"What about the party?"

"Tell him I won't go." Maya was about to leave. However, she paused to add, "Tell him I won't mind having breakfast this weekend."
