Is that who I think it was , the one that stopped the bank robbery . The only way to confirm is to ask Gideon to go through security footage in the secret chamber. Getting up from his wheel chair.

"Hello Gideon" I said which was greeted by an AI " Good morning Dr Wells, how can I assist you today?"

" Yeah, hello Gideon, pull up the footage from the robbery this week. And look into this lightning bolt that people described "

"Certainly " replied the AI replied before displaying the footage and zooming in in the lightning.

"What do you make of it, is it who I think it is? " asked Thawne

After a few seconds and calculating moments the AI ended with an answer

"The image shows a person a person with lightning emitting from his body and it seems you are correct in assuming the person Dr wells" with a short sigh escaping from his mouth, "I really hoped going home would be easy despite the complexity of the plan but I never anticipated this variable " with that wells

"Of all the speedsters in existence it had to be the only one who I have no clue about , just one I learned from records of history and flash museum, his might and his name."

"VANGAURD" " the one who is known to be almost a ghost and one of the strongest speedsters even at my peak I wouldn't confront him without a well versed plan"

"DAMMIT" saying that around before smashing his wheel chair in rage.

Looking at the screen showing the man clad in lightning he said " It doesn't matter who you are or what you can do , I am going home and there's nothing you do to stop it"

"Now for the final touch , adding the symbol will complete the suit"

Placing a symbol of two lightning bolts emerging forming the letter V.

"VANGAURD" the name I decided on, well it seems fair the speed force did call me that , wait did she do something like a baptism.

well , whatever. It's a good name and a pretty powerful one saying that I am the foremost speedster.
