Chapter Five - The Girl

She looked around...at the dozens of faces staring at her

A lot of murmuring was heard as everyone thought of what to do...then slowly the Blackstar members pointed their guns at her

But the girl looked curious

It was all quiet and everyone was still...then of in the distance a sound was heard and it all grew louder as it approached, everyone turned to see what it was it

It was the helicopter

The girl then began taking steps towards the crowd...everyone freaked out and took a step back...then she spoke a very weird language

Meanwhile...the helicopter had its weapons system ready and Jeremiah took a deep breath...and with that, the machine guns on the side of the chopper went off at the Blackstar members

The unit however proceeded to take cover in one of the tents around them

-Oh shit

Nikko was breathing heavily...the female soldier looked at the commander

-Sir what are our orders?

The commander looked at the faces of his comrades...they were worried, anxious...he thought quietly to himself

A huge explosion was heard just outside the tent...and everyone looked to see what had just happened

There was a cloud of smoke which had formed behind the girl...and in front of her was a Blackstar soldier who has just reloaded his rocket launcher and pointed it towards her...those around were shivering in fear...their guns shook and they were sweating heavily

Her eyes began glowing brighter as more blue energy was formed...the soldier looked nervous...but still pulled the trigger

The rocket went at full speed towards her...and the unit looked in surprise at she caught it and toss it behind causing it to explode

Shots were fired at her by the men...the speed she moved at was incredible which made he seem to dodge the bullets...she, however, came closer and closer to the man who fired the rocket launcher

He tried to run but she was in front of him in bare seconds...and lifted him by the throat into the air choking him...their guns were still shooting at her but they seemed to not affect her as if they did not penetrate her skin and she did not look worried but it

She looked into the man's eye which had become teary...he was filled with fear...she then spoke in the unknown language once again...with that, she broke his neck and left him to drop to the ground

Meanwhile, the helicopter had landed since everyone was distracted by the girl...Jeremiah used the walkie talkie to communicate to the unit who still were observing what the girl was doing

She began looking at the group as they shot at her...her eyes still glowing blue as the energy intensified

And finally, she let out a beam of this blue energy from her eyes...it went through the bodies of those it touched and cut them in half

-Sir we have to get out of here

-The mission is a fail

-She is going to kill us

The soldiers told the commander...and he still had his eyes on the girl

-Everyone else, retreat to the chopper...Nikko and Lieutenant Amy are with me

Nikko and Amy looked at the commander surprisingly while the others left the tent and retreated to the helicopter

-We are going to extract her

He still had his eyes fixed on the girl...making them realize she was who he talked about

-I see why you would want that

-We are going to complete this mission

-But how?

Meanwhile, the Blackstars still engaged in combat with the girl...she jumped into the air and slammed the ground...releasing a blast of energy that sent everything around her flying

She then looked around her...surrounded by lifeless bodies...she tried catching her breath, then she saw them...Nikko, Amy, and the commander out in the open. The blast wave from her previous attack also sent the tent they were in flying and exposing them

Amy was shaking as she spoke

-Shit...I am not ready to die

She turned pale like she had seen a ghost

-Guys I think I have a plan

They both looked at Nikko

-Are you serious?

-Yes but it is not one of my best

As they spoke the girl's eyes were set on them and the blue energy had already built up around them

Nikko then walked slowly towards her

-What are you doing?

-Just let me try this ok

She had eyes pointed at him as he walked slowly towards her...then she used her beams but fired it right in front of where he was...indicating he was meant to stop

-Okay then

He said to himself...then after some deep breaths, he gathered the confidence and spoke to the girl

-Hello...i...am...not...harmful

She then spoke in her unknown language again

-I...can...not...understand...you

-So you do not speak Aremian?

There was shock on the face of everyone as the girl spoke English

-You speak English?

The commander shouted for her to hear

-Yes I do...what planet is this...I82-32, JX1-20 or N3R-04

She then looks at the commander and Amy who were observing from a safe distance as they both had retreated
