25. The Slander

Amira arrived at the headquarters and was greeted by Rashid and his men who were on guard when they received news that the Sultan's confidants had brought a patient to the headquarters. "Welcome Your Highness Princess Amira." All the sultan's palace guards bowed their heads to salute the Princess who had just arrived. They then invited Amira to come in and see the hard work of Windu, the Sultan's loyal bodyguard who was specially assigned to guard Princess Anjani. Amira looked at several people sitting with their heads on their knees. They were really afraid to see the arrival of a young girl who was now coming to them. Their bodies shivered with fear.

"Who are you guys?"

No one made a sound. Neither one raised his face. All were silent and hid their faces, afraid to see the daughter of a sultan who was known to be very powerful in the underworld.
