Chapter 207 Friend\'s Efforts

DEREK POV :

“Propofol has been injected into her vein,” The doctor revealed, raising my anxiety and then explained. “A very general anesthesia, Mr. Shepherd, nothing to worry about.”

He assured me before he took his leave and I let out a depressed sigh.

Three days !!

It has been three days since Amy got kidnapped by the fake Carson Dexter.

I am still unable to find out his real identity.

Also, the reason for his actions was still hidden as to why he went after Amy in the first place.

I stood outside alone when her dearest friend came over beside me, anxious just like me.

“How’s she doing?”

“Unconscious, but well.

He didn’t harm her.” I told him.

“Hmm, the men were unable to find any traces,

That man always stayed in the dark hence it’s difficult to track him.

But, I am not losing hope.

We will find him soon.”

Tom informed me and I gave him the look of gratitude.

“Thanks a lot for your effort, Tom,

I really appreciate it.”
