Explaination Of This Book

[A/N] This was suppose to go out before chapter 1. Anyway hello nakama's, this is to explain the story. So this is like a different universe of One Piece, this means there will be no Straw Hats and I think I'll keep some of the characters in Canon One Piece. The Warlord and Yanko system will still be in this story and I'll keep most of the Marines and the Revolutionary Army.

The Marines will have Prime Garp and Sengoku, with the three admirals with them, with all their powers and stuff. And I think that's it, I mean yea that's it.
