Teachers of Costina emerged from the portal. They swiftly directed their weapons in every direction, realizing they had arrived in an unfamiliar location.

“Portal …. To think we have witnessed such a legendary technique,” one of the teachers muttered in awe. The portal spell had vanished ages ago. Nobody knew how to create a portal anymore, not even their Great Mage.

“Then our enemies are much more dangerous than we anticipated,” Clay Norton warned them. His ears suddenly perked up as he swiftly pointed his sword toward a specific area, prompting the others to do the same shortly afterward.

Before them, the space distorted, and another portal appeared. Stepping out of it was Rasmus. The teachers tensed up the moment they laid eyes on him. Why? Because Rasmus emanated an aura full of malice.

“Who are you?” Liza asked while pointing her pistol at Rasmus.
