Chapter 195 Queen's Grandmother

Nora's point of view.....

     I have anticipated this reaction from Gina,I know Gina too well. I actually felt that maybe I should have mentioned it to her but how was I supposed to know that Sharon will come back,it was like she is dead to me so saying anything regarding her was not really necessary,so I thought.

    We got done with the ritual yesterday and it was getting pretty late,instead of coming here we decided to go back to Beverly. I prefer morning things. I looked up at her and smiled sadly. 

  "I think you should sit down Gina please"

   I said and she grumpily sat down ,I smiled. That's more like it. I would have love for Sharon to explain things herself but let me do it,Gina listens to me better.

   "It was never Sharon's intention to do what she did but she had to do so. Her mate died and she she was dying from mate bond and as a rule in the witch race,no mother is allowed to died unless her children grows up to certain stage and if eventually she die because of mate,her children dies too.

    Sharon could not let that happen so she had to seek solution to break away from mate bond in other for her not to die for the sake of Kurin. She did it the wrong way by listening to a black witch who deceived her into believing that breaking the family conduct will help her but that the did opposite of what Sharon wanted.

    After Sharon broke the family conduct,Nature cursed her by denying her access to her son and told her to leave never to return,she has been on exile for hundred and half years"

    I finished narrating Sharon's story to her,I hope she understands all that I said but I don't think she did judging by the way she was mopping at me.

    "Please your highness close your mouth, flies will enter."

     She closed her mouth and stared at Sharon longer than usual.

   "What is family conduct?"

She asked all of a sudden,I am not surprised she boycotted  the main thing and start asking of family conduct.

    "The family conduct is the bond holding each members of the family together,with the family conduct,no blood line can kill each other but when broken,it's the other way round, that's why Glamorous was able to kill her parents and your parents hundred years ago."

I explained further.

   "So what you are saying is that the root of what happened has to do with this lady here and she broke the conduct because she believes that she would not die for the sake of my father and for my sake as well"

    She stated and I could not agree less that she understood the point.

     "You are so right, Gina. Your grand mother could not come back because she was no longer part of the family but that is all in the past now"

I said and smiled.

    "What do you mean?"

She was totally confused and I could understand her.

    "What I meant is that Sharon my sister is now part of the family,you know she was cursed after breaking the family conduct but now she had be reconnected with the family, that way,she is rightfully the Queen's grandma,your grand mother."

I said trying to make her understand the real deal here. She sighed and looked at Sharon.

    "So I have a grand mother and I am free to call you grandma right?,does that mean you can live here with me grandma?"

She said the last statement pouting. She is so adorable,I was expecting her to be mad but Gina is so understanding.

   "Yes my dear,I am so sorry about that all that happened"

   Sharon said with so much happiness,I was happy too. At least this phase is resolved,I was thinking it's going to take a lot of begging but reverse was the case.

   "But I am sorry my dear,I can't live in the palace because I have a family back in Beverly"

   Sharon said and I saw the hope that was beginning to form in her Gina's eyes disappeared and she was really disappointed.

    "It's unfair,no one wants to stay here with me"

Gina whined.

   "Don't be a baby,it's never heard in the history that the Lordress was baby-sat"

   I said chuckling and she pouted her lips the more. I so much like this silly self of hers a lot. You might think Gina is so fragile but she is far from being fragile. I looked from Sharon to Gina and no matter how you see it,Gina is her younger version. She was not like this before,I think her witch form is coming out speedily and it's a good thing because there a lot of changes I noticed about her but I need to confirm from her before concluding anything.
