Chapter Three_ You Are Pregnant

Valeria's POV

The sun beams from the window made me part my eyes, I glanced around and felt a weighty leg across mine. "Wow!" Facepalming myself, I exclaimed inwardly. To give up my virginity to a complete stranger, how can I be so cheap? After slowly getting off the bed, I noticed that I was completely naked. Checking out the room, I recognized my garments perfectly pushed on top of the end table. I put them on and pussyfooted out of the room. In addition, I want to stay away from the man who took advantage of my inebriated state. Yes, even if I asked for it, I recall everything clearly; however, he was sensible and could have stopped me. Regardless, the action has been taken. It's been fourteen days as of now and my life has gotten back to business as usual. I viewed at my wristwatch as I waved down a taxi. "Excellent eatery." I shared with the taxi driver and he drove out. I was very anxiety not at all like different days, since the present moment, I have scarcely ten minutes to arrive at the café, any other way I will be late, and my compensation will be deducted. In addition, I still need to care for my ill mother, so taking a pay cut won't do anything to help. Besides, I nearly shouted without holding back when I saw the red sign of the traffic signal. Oh my goodness! The driver looked at me in the rearview mirror and asked, "I exclaimed loudly." "Ma'am, how are things going?" I forced a smile as I looked at him; "must you be nosy?" I asked him internally. Obviously, I can't actually let him know that since I realize that he just showed authentic concern. "Yes, Sir, the only reason I'm late is that I really need to hurry up." I made sense of, trusting that he will drive quick. "Oh." When he saw the green light, he replied and resumed driving. I was not really in the mood to admire the city I had spent my entire life in, so I turned my attention to the window. I really only wanted to drive this car and force the taxi driver to leave. I actually never intended to be late today but since I moved into Sonia, my dearest companion's home today, I struggled with organizing my stuff to fit in. The house where my mother and I used to live before she got sick was being built, and the people who lived there had six months to move out before the grace ran out today. A few tenants recorded against the organization, however I don't have the opportunity and cash to squander on garbage. I had the intention of renting a new apartment before the six-month mark, but I was too preoccupied with the treatment of my mother to save up. "Ma'am, we are here." When he noticed that I was thinking elsewhere, the taxi driver called for my attention. "Oh." Before rushing inside the restaurant, I said and pulled some dollar bills out of my purse to give them to him. Surprised, I noticed that I only had two minutes to make it to work on time when I checked my wristwatch. In a similar manner, I dashed toward the elevator and activated the fourth floor. I greeted the supervisory receptionist as soon as the elevator opened and also wrote down my name. After that, I changed my clothes quickly in the lobby. "Please, whiskey, good day." I heard a manly voice right away. As the bartender, I took a seat. "Hello, sir," I said this to the blonde hairstylist who was now seated in the chair with his back to the counter and his phone in his hand. "Thanks." He said that, accepted the glass I gave him, and then he left. I began to experience dizziness after a few minutes. I really didn't want to fall and held my head up. "Valerie, what's the problem?" I heard my administrator's voice and attempted to concentrate in light of the fact that my vision was truly foggy. "I'm okay, sir." I said and tried to smile forcefully. "You are not, and I believe you ought to take the remainder of the day off," My boss said, "No, Sir, I am perfectly fine." I responded right away. I would have grinned at this solicitation on the off chance that I truly don't have more than a lot for I to handle as of now, and I don't believe anybody should decrease my cash. Moreover, I wasn't actually feeling OK these beyond about fourteen days and I know without a doubt that I really want a break, yet sadly, I can't have one. "Valeria, I said you need a break; therefore, please take the rest of today and tomorrow off and have a nice rest," I said. I realize that you are stressed over your compensation, yet I give you my statement I will not deduct it. OK, presently you can leave and I will put another person here." He said without giving me a space to object and, besides, regardless of whether he, I would think I prefer not to quarrel. "Much obliged sir, I truly feel a debt of gratitude." After saying that, I went to the lobby to get my belongings. I feel that the supervisor is doing all of this since he knows my family difficulty. Quickly I arrived at home, I laid n the bed and floated to rest. I rubbed my eyes drowsily before heading to the bathroom and relaxing before returning to the kitchen when I was awoken by the sound of plates and cups. "Hello, angel, did I wake you up." When did Sonia notice my footsteps? "You did, yes." I said while feigning exacerbation at her prior to going for the water gadget. "Hello darling, for what reason would you say you are back this early?" She asked me while bringing out something from the ice chest. "My manager asked me to take some days off because I was not feeling well." After slurping down a glass of water, I responded to him. "Ohh, darling, you must have been under so much stress." She said this as she walked toward me carrying a slice of my favorite cake. "Take a bite, I have your preferred!" I felt like throwing up as she brought the cake closer to my mouth, so I rushed to the sink and threw up until my stomach hurt. "What's the issue?" Sonia asked me as she ransacked my back delicately. "I don't have the foggiest idea, Sonia, I'm terrified." I told Sonia my confession because I had already told her about my two-week encounter with the VIP guy. As you might expect from a crazy friend, she was pleased that I am no longer a virgin. "Why do you feel afraid?" She asked with a concerned tone while driving me to the lounge. "I don't have the foggiest idea, however I'm frightened." To be honest, I didn't know the answer, so I said it again. "Don't tell me you didn't protect yourself!" As she rose to her feet, Sonia yelled. When I realized that "we didn't use protective" I told myself deep down. "Oh, Valeria, you made a lot of mistakes." I reprimanded myself privately. "No, we didn't." I responded with shame. "Oh, God! So that we don't make any erroneous assumptions, please sit down and allow me to obtain an oral pregnancy test from the nearby pharmacy." She said prior to hurrying off to the room. I truly ask that I am not pregnant. Following a couple of moments, Sonia returned and gave over the pregnancy test to me then, at that point, drove me to the washroom subsequent to letting me know a few empowering words. I got out after a few seconds, looked at Sonia, and said, "Positive."
