First Day, Big Test

Tora and Izuku had just finished their entrance exams for U.A. High, their dream high school. Since Tora got into U.A. High through a recommendation by All Might, she took a different entrance exam than Izuku did. She tied for first place in the practical exam with a guy named Yoarashi Inasa. Izuku saved a girl during his practical exam by destroying a 0 point robot which was the only one he managed to get, therefore earning 0 points for that portion of the entrance exam. Regardless, Tora believed that Izuku would get accepted into U.A. High because of his brave rescue. One week later on March 5, Tora's parents notified her that a letter had come in the mail from U.A. High. Eager to read what it said, she tore open the envelope and a little disc fell out. A hologram screen displayed from the disc and All Might appeared.

"Ha ha ha! I am here to deliver your entrance exam results! Miss Hinode, sorry I haven't kept in touch with you since exam day. But that's because I am here as the newest faculty member of U.A. High! First of all, I wanted to say that your best friend Young Midoriya earned 0 villain points during his practical exam which I'm sure he told you already. But what he didn't tell you is that he got 60 rescue points." All Might said as he showed a screenshot of Izuku's practical exam results.

"He passed both the written test and the practical exam and therefore has been accepted into U.A. High! Just thought you'd want to know. Ahem! Now onto you! You passed the written test with flying colors, excelled in the practical exam earning first place, and totally killed the interview portion of the recommendation entrance exam. Welcome Tora, you are now part of the Hero Academia!" All Might said and the hologram screen disappeared. Tora couldn't contain her excitement and hurried over to Izuku's apartment next door to share the good news. He probably just got his results in the mail too. Before Tora could knock, the door burst open and Izuku came out with a huge smile on his face.

"I got in!" Tora and Izuku both said as they hugged each other.

"Now we're onto the next step of our journey in becoming pro heroes!" Tora said happily as Izuku smiled and nodded. There was about one week left of the last trimester of their third year at Aldera Junior High and it went by in a flash. The next time Tora and Izuku would be attending school would be at U.A. High.

~Time Skip: Less than a Month~

It was April 1 and it was the start of a new trimester and school year. And it was Tora's and Izuku's first day at U.A. High. They were both in the hero course Class 1-A. The guy that Tora tied with for first place in the recommendation practical exam had apparently declined his acceptance into U.A. so she was first in line to get into the hero course. There were rumors that two other students that had been accepted into U.A.'s hero course also declined. In U.A., there were two hero course classes made up of 22 students each. Due to the three students who declined, there were 21 students in class 1-A and 20 students in class 1-B. Tora and Izuku were both in class 1-A.

"Hey Izuku, what seat number are you?" Tora asked her boyfriend/childhood best friend as they walked down the hall together, looking for their classroom.

"Oh umm, I'm seat number 18." Izuku told Tora who frowned in disappointment.

"Aww darn. I'm seat number 21. Looks like we won't be sitting next to each other. Boo, I was really hoping we would be right beside one another." Tora said as she pouted and Izuku chuckled. He thought Tora was adorable when she pouted like that.

"Well at least we're still sitting fairly close to each other." Izuku said as he smiled at Tora, trying to cheer her up. She smiled back as she responded to him.

"Yeah, I guess you're right. We could have been seated farther apart." Tora said as she turned her attention back to finding their classroom. Izuku still couldn't believe that he and Tora were now finally attending U.A. High and he began muttering to himself about it.

"I can't believe we finally made it into U.A. High! We're wearing the school uniform and everything. Speaking of which, Tora looks really good in her uniform. This time she's wearing a uniform that's her size instead of one that's too big for her like she always used to back in middle school and elementary. And her hair is tied up in a ponytail so I can clearly see just how well her shirt fits. Come to think of it, ever since the school dance she's been wearing clothes that fit her more snugly instead of her usual loose fitting clothing. It's different, but I really like her new style a lot. Of course I like the way Tora looks either way, but this new style shows off her curves more. Oh crap!" Izuku said as he noticed Tora was staring him with an eyebrow raised. His face turned a bright red. He opened his mouth to explain himself but Tora smiled warmly and spoke before he even had a chance to.

"I'm glad you like the way I dress now. I pretty much replaced my entire wardrobe. I overheard you muttering about how you wished I wore tighter clothing more often at the school dance." Tora said as Izuku blushed even more profusely out of embarrassment.

"Oh uh, you didn't have to do that for me! That was just-"

"You thinking out loud? Yeah, I know. That's why I changed my style of clothing. Don't worry about it, Izuku. It was about time I got more comfortable with myself anyways. And you helped me get there." Tora interrupted Izuku as he sighed with relief. He was glad he didn't make her feel bad about the way she dressed to the point where she felt the need to switch out all her clothing. An awkward silence followed until Tora got out her phone to check the time. Class was just about to start. She and Izuku started jogging to find their classroom. When they found it and stepped inside, both of them were bummed out to see Bakugo inside the classroom with his feet up on his desk like he did in middle school. A tall fairly wide-framed guy with short dark navy blue hair was reprimanding Bakugo for his rude behavior and the two of them started bickering back and forth. Then the male student who was arguing with Bakugo noticed Izuku at the entrance and pointed him out and the entire class looked in their direction. Izuku nervously greeted the class and the guy walked up to him and introduced himself as Iida Tenya. Then the girl who saved Izuku from falling on his face before the entrance exam showed up and started talking to Izuku who got embarrassed for some reason. It was probably because he hadn't really talked to any girls other than Tora before. Tora was introducing herself to Iida and the brown-haired girl, Uraraka Ochaco, when a man in a yellow sleeping bag showed up and introduced himself as Aizawa Shota, the teacher of their class. He provided gym uniforms for the students and took them outside for a quirk apprehension assessment. He explained that they were going to take a series of physical tests using their quirks. And whoever got last place would be expelled from U.A. High. Tora looked over at Izuku who seemed nervous. She already knew what was going through his mind and gave him some words of encouragement.

"Hey Izuku, don't worry. I'm sure things will work out. Just remember that egg in a microwave metaphor and you'll pull through." Tora said as she rubbed Izuku's back in a comforting manner. Then she pulled him in close to ask him a favor.

"I'm probably gonna have to have you help me with my clothes if I need to use any of my full body forms." Tora whispered as Izuku blushed and she knew exactly what he was thinking.

"No, no, no! Not like that! I'll explain when we get to that point. Geez Izuku, you perv!" Tora said quietly while lightly and playfully punching Izuku's shoulder. Mr. Aizawa asked Bakugo his junior high ball throw record then had him throw the ball using his quirk as a demonstration. He threw it significantly farther this time. Then Mr. Aizawa went on to explain that U.A. High isn't tethered to traditional education because it isn't practical for preparing students to become pro heroes. The students were all going to take eight physical tests and were allowed to use their quirks for them. The first test was the 50-meter dash. Tora sighed and approached Mr. Aizawa, bringing Izuku along.

"Mr. Aizawa, I'm gonna have to remove my clothes for some of these tests to perform at my best and so I don't ruin them. So I was thinking of having Izuku keep watch as I change in and out of them. Don't worry, I've figured out a solution to this problem already with my hero costume design. This is just for today, I promise." Tora told her teacher who thought for a moment.

"Why can't you have any of the girls accompany you to the bathroom instead?" Mr. Aizawa brought up. He had a valid point, but Tora had already predicted he'd say something like that and countered.

"I wasn't thinking of changing in the bathroom. In certain situations, one may not be teamed with someone of the same gender and may have to have an emergency costume change wherever they are. So I was planning to change in the bushes and have Izuku here keep a look out for me." Tora said as Mr. Aizawa raised an eyebrow.

'Heh, this girl is clever. Hinode predicted what I was going to say and came up with a likely scenario that could happen in a real-life crisis to counter my response. And she's taking this seriously even though this is just a series of tests. She's prepared and highly analytical. Those are key skills in the hero profession.' Mr. Aizawa thought to himself.

"Hmm... Sure go ahead. Do what you gotta do. Just don't take forever and waste time." Mr. Aizawa said with a sigh. Tora nodded then went to an area with tall shrubs with Izuku following close behind. She slipped into the bushes and Izuku looked away to give her extra privacy while keeping watch to make sure no perverts tried to peek. Tora took off her gym uniform and undergarments, which she gave to Izuku through the bushes and transformed into a full body cheetah for the 50-meter dash. The shrubs rustled as Tora exited their cover and joined everyone else at the start line with Izuku right behind her, carrying her clothes. The students were going to go in pairs. Since there was an uneven number of students in the class, Tora went first alone. She took off as soon as the mark was given and her result was 1.39 seconds. After her turn, she and Izuku returned to the bushes so she could change back into her clothes after shifting back into her human base form. After Tora changed, she and Izuku joined the class again as they were taking their turns for the 50-meter dash. Next up was the grip strength test which all the students went to the gymnasium for. Izuku approached Tora to see if she needed help again.

"Do you need help this time too?" Izuku asked Tora who shook her head no.

"Thanks Izuku, but I'm gonna go with an anthropomorphic coconut crab for this one so I don't need to change. It's only for my full body forms that I need your help. I really appreciate you offering to help though." Tora told Izuku who nodded his head in understanding. She transformed into a reddish brown crab with a blue sheen with human-like proportions and grabbed a dynamometer. She closed her claw and the dynamometer beeped. It read 4,050.3 kilograms. Izuku got 56.0 kilograms and looked quite disappointed with himself, especially after Sero Hanta and Mineta Minoru complimented Shoji Mezo for getting 540.0 kilograms. Izuku checked out Tora's reading and his eyes practically popped out of their sockets.

"You got 4,050.3 kilograms?! Wow Tora! You really are amazing." Izuku complimented his girlfriend. Some of their classmates overheard him and came over to see if what he said was true.

"Did you really get 4,050.3 kilograms?!" Uraraka asked Tora who nodded and showed her and everyone else gathered around the reading. Everybody gawked and talked amongst each other about it. Bakugo on the other hand, scowled from a distance. His reading was significantly lower than Tora's.

"Wow Hinode, that's incredible!" Uraraka complimented Tora who turned back into her base human form.

"And I thought Shoji's 540.0 kilograms reading was impressive." Sero said, completely taken aback by Tora's results.

"Ha! Shoji was beat by a girl!" Kaminari Denki playfully teased the large multi-armed guy who just sighed in response.

"A hot sexy girl at that." Mineta added, staring at Tora's curves in a non-subtle manner. Tora shot him an intense sinister death glare and he backed off as Izuku sighed with relief. It made him uncomfortable that another guy was looking at his girlfriend like that. It almost made him feel a bit possessive over Tora, a feeling he never thought he'd experience. The class went back outside for the standing long jump where they had to clear a sandbox by jumping. Tora transformed into a South American tree frog in her demi-human form for this. And in one leap she cleared the sandbox, going way beyond where she needed to land. Izuku landed within the sandbox, falling back on his ass after landing in the soft sand. The next physical test was repeated side steps and Tora needed Izuku's help again. She was still in the bushes when Izuku heard her from within them.

"Okay Izuku, please don't squish me." Tora told Izuku who turned towards the bushes, waiting for her to come out from their cover.

"Wait, what? Eek!" Izuku yelped as Tora scuttled out from the shrubs as a huge spider. Her four left eyes were deep crystal blue and the other four on the right were golden. Yep that was Tora alright. She crawled up Izuku's body and perched herself on his shoulder as he tensed up.

"Good, you didn't kill me." Tora said as Izuku relaxed slightly upon hearing her voice. He would never admit it to her face, but Tora's current appearance was quite unsettling right now. But she already figured that out beforehand. That's why she warned him as a precaution before she revealed herself.

"Umm quick question. What kind of spider are you, Tora? I mean you're huge for a spider." Izuku asked Tora. He knew everything about her quirk that she knew since she told him everything. And one of the characteristics of her quirk for her full body forms is that she cannot be any larger than the record largest size a particular species can get. The spider Tora was right now was too sleek and fast to be a type of tarantula. Plus the leg orientation seemed different. But Izuku didn't know of any other spider that could get that big.

"I'm a giant huntsman spider. They're actually the largest spiders in the world in leg span." Tora told Izuku who joined the rest of the class for the repeated side steps test. Everyone saw Izuku approach them with Tora as a giant huntsman spider on his shoulder.

"Uh Midoriya, you've got a huge spider on your shoulder." Kirishima Eijiro said nervously as he pointed to Tora who was just chilling on her boyfriend's shoulder.

"Yeah I know. That's Tora as a giant huntsman spider. See? Half of her eight eyes are blue and half of them are gold just like her two human eyes. That's how you can tell it's Tora in her full body animal forms." Izuku said as his classmates looked at him strangely, surprised that he was so comfortable with a giant spider on his shoulder. Uraraka seemed quite fascinated though.

"I normally don't like spiders, but knowing that it's Hinode makes me not afraid. Actually, I think she's kinda cute!" Uraraka said as the whole class looked at her with surprised looks on their faces.

"Aww that's nice of you to say, Uraraka. Sorry I had to take such a frightening form, guys." Tora said as her classmates were a bit startled hearing her voice come from the large spider, but it did seem to put them at ease a little.

"Stop wasting time chatting. Like I explained earlier, you're going to do as many side steps as you can in one minute. Who's going to go next?" Mr. Aizawa asked the class as Tora volunteered.

"I'll go." Tora said as she waved a front leg and crawled off of Izuku's shoulder towards the marked area. Her classmates gave her plenty of room as she made her way over to the three side step lines. Mr. Aizawa began the timer and she scuttled back and forth for one minute. The timer went off and Mr. Aizawa showed everyone her results. She got 60 side steps and everybody gasped. Mineta went next as everyone watched. Izuku seemed quite impressed and shocked at the speed of Mineta's side steps. Then Izuku accompanied Tora back to the bushes so she could transform back into her more attractive human form and get dressed again. The next physical assessment was the ball throw test. Tora decided to take on an anthropomorphic form of a mantis shrimp. Uraraka went first this time, getting infinity because of her Zero Gravity quirk.

"That's insane! how's that possible?!" Kaminari said, referring to Uraraka's ball throw results. Izuku went next. He stood there for a while trying to figure out how he was going to do this. Then he threw the ball, activating One For All in his entire right arm. Tora cringed, knowing what would happen to him. But right before fully activating One For All and releasing the ball, Mr. Aizawa seemed to nullify Izuku's quirk. The ball didn't go very far when he threw it. Izuku pointed out that Mr. Aizawa was the pro hero Eraser Head. Then Mr. Aizawa pulled Izuku closer to him with his scarf and told him that using his quirk like that would make him a liability in the field. After lecturing Izuku, Mr. Aizawa returned his quirk and gave him a second chance. Izuku then got ready to throw the ball again. He activated One For All at the tip of the last finger that had contact with the ball, throwing it 705.3 meters which was 0.1 meters further than Bakugo. Tora went next as an anthropomorphic mantis shrimp. She held the ball between her two bulbous club-like arms and launched it. It traveled 1,376.3 meters. Everyone's jaws dropped when Mr. Aizawa showed them the distance clocked. The next test was sit-ups. The class went to the gymnasium while Tora and Izuku headed towards the girl's bathroom. Izuku waited outside the bathroom door for his girlfriend.

"Umm Izuku, could you open the door for me please?" Tora asked through the door. Izuku did as she asked and out came Tora as a highly venomous snake known as the common death adder, dragging her clothes behind her with her tail.

"I need another favor from you for this test. Could you hold me down as I do my sit-ups?" Tora asked Izuku as he nodded his head and replied with a yes. Izuku returned to the gym with Tora draped over his shoulders and her clothes in his arms. When they got to the area of the gym where there were mats laid out, Tora slithered off Izuku's shoulders and lay down on the mat. Izuku pressed his hands down on her lower body near her tail, blushing as he did so. Tora may have been a snake now, but he was touching her lower body and she was technically naked. Tora struck out ridiculously fast, getting 600 sit-ups in one minute. She knew that the common death adder's strike was one tenth of a second and that her high physical prowess as Japan's national champion in gymnastics and martial arts would get allow her to get a crazy score for this test. Next up was the seated toe-touch which Tora decided to take the test as an anthropomorphic ferret. Izuku carried both Tora and her clothes to the girl's bathroom where she changed back into them. He waited outside the bathroom door for her. She came out dressed again but in her anthropomorphic ferret form. They hurried back to the gym and did their trials. Tora sat down and bent forward with her arms stretched out in front of her, practically laying down flat and getting 48.3 centimeters. Since Izuku's finger was injured, he didn't perform as well in the seated toe-touch. The class headed back outside for the last test: the long-distance run which was a 3K. Tora and Izuku made their second to last trip to the tall shrubs so she could change out of her clothes to transform into a pronghorn antelope. They joined the class and the signal to start sounded. Tora took off at 96.56 km/h (60 mph) and kept that speed for the entire 3 kilometers. She even beat Iida, her time being 1.86 minutes. Izuku was last in the long-distance run so Tora had to wait a few more minutes for him. When he finished the run, he collapsed from exhaustion laying on the ground while panting. Tora nudged him with her muzzle.

"You don't have to follow me to the bushes this time. Just put my clothes on my antlers and I'll go alone so you can stay here and rest, okay Izuku? Sorry if this was a bit of a hassle, but I really appreciate you helping me out today. Thank you." Tora thanked Izuku and lovingly rubbed her muzzle against his cheek. Izuku grabbed Tora's clothes and placed them on her antlers and stared at her as she walked off towards the shrubs. Tora's loving gesture to Izuku as a full body pronghorn antelope was noticed by a couple classmates, Mineta being one of them. He approached Izuku and tapped him on the shoulder.

"Are you guys dating?" Mineta asked Izuku who was broken out of his trance. He answered Mineta truthfully.

"Yeah, we are. We've been dating for about 11 months now. Tora and I have known each other since we were toddlers. She's not just my girlfriend, she's also my childhood best friend. I couldn't have asked for a better girl." Izuku said, smiling warmly.

"You're not kidding. You're so lucky to have a girlfriend with a perfect body like that. Do you get tons of perverted thoughts about Hinode, Midoriya? I mean I totally would if I were you." Mineta said as Izuku's face turned bright red.

"Well, I umm..."

"Perverted thoughts about who?" A familiar voice said as Izuku and Mineta froze as a shadow loomed over both of them. Izuku slowly turned around to see Tora standing behind him and Mineta.

"N-no one!" Mineta said as he quickly fled the scene.

"That's what I thought." Tora said, crossing her arms as a large sweat drop formed at the side of Izuku's head.

"Sorry you had to hear that." Izuku apologized to Tora. Then she said something that caught him off guard a little.

"Eh, don't worry about it. I'd probably be a little offended if you didn't get perverted thoughts about me." Tora said quietly as she winked at Izuku who blushed profusely. Then she leaned in close to his ear.

"Remember, we still have to celebrate you receiving your quirk and us getting into U.A. High." Tora whispered seductively into Izuku's ear as he blushed even more. Mr. Aizawa then called everyone together to reveal the results of the quirk apprehension assessment tests. Tora and Izuku were both nervous about the results. Izuku because he used One For All for only one test and Tora because she was somewhat worried about him. She thought maybe Mineta would get last place instead. And she really hoped he did. The last place student was supposedly going to get expelled after all. And that guy was a creep. Mr. Aizawa displayed the results and the students read down the list of names in anticipation, some of them very nervous.
