Chapter 1: The lord

Standing atop a small building was a man clothed in rags. Maybe rags was way too far fetched but, there was no distinguishable difference between the two.

His hair was black, spiky at the edges and slightly long reaching his shoulders. His face was covered by his hair.

He looked to be around 20 or less years judging from his appearance. From his eyes, a single tear escaped as if to show the emotions of pain in his heart.

The atmosphere was perfect but he did not appreciate that at all. This peaceful atmosphere always made him remember his past which was filled with bliss only to overshadow it with the cruel reality.

A blurry memory of a face of a smiling old man waving his hand at him appeared in in his mind. Just thinking about 'him' brought him great pain.

"Grandpa, I wish I could have gone with you.... "He spoke looking at the sky and a small smile appeared on his face," But, it's impossible for me"

"My fate is living alone for eternity"

When he looked at the sky above him, his hair which was covering his face parted and his face emerged.

He was a very handsome man but the most eye-catching part is, his eyes. They were of different colors. The one at the right was a beautiful silver like the moon and the one at the right was of a golden color.

It was almost like he had the moon and the sun in his eye sockets.

"But don't worry about me, once I finish fulfilling the promise I made to you, I shall go and look after your farm on planet Zeagon"

If someone were to see him speaking to nothing but air looking the way he was now, they would think he had gone crazy. But for him, doing it made him feel like he really was being listened to by his late grandfather.

Everyday, he missed the times he had spent with his grandfather.

He then looked at the back of the mansion a few meters in front of him. His eyes glowed a little that it was unnoticeable unless one were to concentrate hard.

"Heh"He moved his eyes away from the back of the mansion and started shaking his head while blinking his eyes.

"Look at me about to break my promise before even a year could pass"He said with a mocking smile on his face and jumped off the roof of the small cabin.

*Thud*

He smoothly landed on the ground and walked inside the shabby cabin.

*creak*

The door made a loud creaking sound when he opened it testifying how old it was. In fact, if he did not handle it with care, it would have broken the moment he touched it.

It was made up of logs after all....

*sigh*

He sighed, "Guess I must pay a visit to the forest to get wood to fix my dear door"

He then cerefully walked inside making sure he does not unintentionally touch something and break it. It was a huge task doing that since he had a huge frame almost about 1.95meters tall and with a buffed body.

To some short people in the world, he is regarded a giant.

After successfully getting inside without breaking his door, he was greeted with a neat and clean sight of his 'home'.

The cabin might seem old and on the brink of collapse on the outside, however, it was a different matter in the inside.

There was a 'neat' looking bed which was perfect for a man his size, a small drawer with 5 shelves and another 'shelf' built out of clay on the walls of the wooden cabin.

Although it was built out of clay, it was painted by some strange something he had gotten only he knows where which made it beautiful and contrast with the color of the other furniture.

There weren't that many things in his 'home' but that very little was sufficient for him.

He walked and sat on his bed but then....

*Crack*

*Brrrm!!!*

The bed only cracked at first however, before he could react, it suddenly broke whole and he fell on the hard rough floor.

"Yup, I definitely need to go to the forest and cut more wood to fix my furniture"
