Chapter-12- Power Bottoms we Stan

Dropping both the mates at the Office, Symon went to the Headquarters.

Koshi was coming out of the Torture room when he saw his Omega Boss entering the Hallway to the rooms. Hurriedly reaching his Boss, he greeted him getting a light nod in return.

"Sir, we tracked him and brought him yesterday night itself-however his condition was already bad. He fell unconscious the moment we picked him up." came the confused voice of Koshi to his ears.

"Did he wake up yet?"

"No sir"

"Let me know when he wakes up. Any news on the Julians?"

"Yes sir, We have got an Invite to a Masquerade Ball by the Green Woods Pack, and sources say that the Julians are invited too. The Beta Daughter of the pack is The mate Of Eden R. Julian. They found each other when they were in Chicago studying Business. She came back with him to her Pack after 4 years, hence the celebration."

"Who else is invited? and when is it?"

"The list is yet to come out but the pack and the gang which has been rising recently is invited and word is that they have a Female Leader, the Ball is this weekend at 7. Blue and Grey is the color theme and all the Main family members are invited to it along with their Bodyguards."

Watching his Boss's amused happy face, Koshi decided to tell him the bad news too.

"However Sir, We have also noticed some action in the regions where the Lings and the Darrens used to work. They are trying to steal our goods away. And they too are invited to the Ball. Should we wait for them to do any more damage or Act fastly before the ball?"

Furrowing his eyebrows, Symon sat on the couch, "Does Mom know about it yet? Inform her first and ask her how to deal with it- we will make a plan after she approves of anything. hmm?"

"yes sir."

"Any news about the Perri family?"

"No sir, we are still tracking them. We got two new links though- and It has to do with your Brother and his mate."

"Oh, continue. why do you look scared?" he asked watching Koshi's face turn into a frown.

"They are going to take them to their Pack and your brother's Mate is a Main family member of the Evening Blood Pack- the pack from which the New gang is emerging. However, his mate is in his teens and will be 18 after a week. An Alpha- that's what I have been told, he too is treated as the Sibling of the leader and her Right-hand man." Koshi gulped after finishing it as he saw the Raging orange flame in the Omega's Midnight Blue eyes.

Humming dangerously at this, the Omega clenched and Unclenched his fists.

"Has my brother met his mate?"

"Yes, he met him when they came to do their daily rounds on the prisoners. However that Alpha didn't recognize him yet."

"How Many men of ours are in there? And are they accompanying my brother to the pack?"

"Our 2 men as prisoners and 3 men as Guards are there and the guards will be accompanying him, we will send 1 more there to work as a gardener or some kitchen staff."

"Okay, make sure someone always stays by his side, and he should not know that it's us protecting him yet." sighed Symon as his hand went to rub his eyes.

Why doesn't he want his brother to know it? Are they two not on good terms? Why is this omega protecting his beta brother without letting him know of his existence? With all the questions running in his min, Koshi zoned out only to be brought back by the lock clicking of the door.

Rushing towards his boss, he apologized and asked if anything else was supposed to be done getting a negative reply he bid goodbye to his Omega boss.

"Don't you ever zone out on me Koshi" he remembers the warning Symon whispered near his ear sending shivers down his spine. It was no joke that his boss hated people zoning out in their conversation. Jittering his body out once, he went towards June's office, read to face another hell of a boss.

Reaching the KJ Corps. , Thea silently went to her team's floor and started her work after greeting everyone there and sending a glare toward her brother who was leaving to attend a meeting with a client- along with his mate.

When Will My omega accept me? Will he ever accept me? Why did I have to be a coward back then? He needed me the most- yet I ran away not understanding him and followed his hollow orders. Not anymore- Axel said. We will make sure our omega is safe and sound this time. Even if he hates us- we will never leave him. Ever. She said encouraging herself as she always did. She now had her mate in front of her eyes and not in the other corner of the world. She will Win him back this time. A long sigh left her mouth as she took two long deep breaths and started working again.

"Ms.Thea, you have to attend a meeting with Mr.Perri at 11. Please ask him for the materials- The client is a shitty one, and hates Omegas. Try to keep him away from Mr.Perri to not visit the Police station." Informed- Extra informed Keiraa.

"Ms.keiraa Aren't you coming with us?" asked a happy yet confused Alpha.

"I cannot, I have to tend to Ms.Zara right now and accompany her to her meeting. If I could I would have handed you the materials myself but they are in the Archive room so go there with Mr.Perri right now. He's waiting in his office and please bring him his Latte while you go. Caramel syrup 2 drips and lukewarm."

Nodding her head at that and bidding Adieu to the Assistant, Thea happily went to the pantry trying to not skip the steps and be professional on her way.

Heading towards her mate's office with the latte in her hand with nervously excited steps? she knocked on the door, getting an Immediate come in.

Must have gotten my scent she thought. Entering the room, her Nostrils were filled with her mates' faint scent mixed with some Beta's scent. Who's scent is that? growled Axel. Getting a warning of controlling his possessive instincts in front of their omega, Axel quieted down and was now rather patient. Her mate looked as good as always, reading some documents with his glasses on.

"Are you waiting for my latte to get cold or something? Hello? Miss Alpha?!" came the loud hissing voice of the Omega bringing back the Alpha from her zoned-out state.

The Omega was pissed now. Two people zoning out on him was enough for him to let out his Angry yet Distressed pheromones. Sniffing the change in the Office's atmosphere, Thea rushed towards her mate.

"I-- I am sorry Mr.Perri. My Wolf was not in a proper state, had to calm him down. You-Your latte here." said a very nervous Alpha.

"It's cold now." the omega rolled his eyes, sighing at his Latte.

"Please wait- I will get it hot a bit." said the alpha lowering her head and turning back to rush towards the pantry.

"No need. Hand it to me, and follow me to the Archive room- You are already late." he shook his head while shrugging his shoulders getting out of his chair and moving towards the door to exit.

"No Sir, Please wait a bit. I will get it Lukewarm in a second" she said as they got out of the Office while snatching his drink away and rushing to the Pantry.

Ughh. What's wrong with her?! Doesn't she know how to manage her time well?! Is she some pyrokinetic? Will get it done in a second. huh.

Even if he had a good morning, he was irritated now. Closing his eyes, he stood by the door while folding his arms- breathing in and out, when he got his mate's scent coming in with full force.

"Here Sir, It's Lukewarm now. Let's go and find those files." Smiled a panting Alpha handing out the cup to her Omega who still had his eyes closed.

"Take a breath once and stop panting. Get away from me- Don't invade my personal space." He said now opening his eyes and glaring a bit at his Alpha.

It was a relief for him that his office was on the end of the Hallway where not many people could come or roam around. Moving a bit away from her Omega, she took a breath and started to calm herself. She lowered her head in submission to her omega who was Drinking his Latte.

Our Mate scolded us... whimpered Axel.

"Are you okay now? Take a deep breath and follow me. Don't lower your head in the Office- Alpha's aren't supposed to and I don't want any rumors flying around." said the omega and started walking ahead of them.

Weren't you too mean? exclaimed Kazuto tauntingly.

Our Mate Cares for us!! He asked us If we were Okay and-and he told us to take a deep breath, Axel Cheered. A blush was too formed on his human face which was still lowered. He cares. She stopped listening to him the moment he asked about her wellbeing.

"Don't. Lower. Your. Head. In. Public." a silent growl left the Omega's mouth, making the alpha look up instantly and nod her head.

"S-sorry Sir."
