Unity between Humans & Androids

He would have been a twenty-five year old champion now if not for the Ethics Committee debunking Uncle Adrian's wish to accept android's who were former humans to join elite and human competitions. They are still working on the rules so androids who have human body parts can still join sports tournaments such as cycling. Humans and androids have been living peacefully for centuries now but some still oppose and hate the idea that human laws have deviated to open their doors for sort of like an abomination of God's law: which is to love Him above all and to respect or treat others (humans) such as one's self. And androids aren't human at all so how will go about it and what law can accept or even justify their existence into this crazy and discriminating world?.

There are some oppositions about this issue on humans and robots. But dad, mom and some leaders in governments around the world does accept the fact that robots are useful and intelligent partners in daily life activities, business and everything that they can be useful, helpful and smart not just as tools but as living individuals who has rights, freedom and will to live, love, be loved and succeed as well as humans are concerned. Mom wanted tournaments and societies accept androids and humans in every situation or circumstance. But of course not all would accept this view and that governments or organizations which are accepting or open to both humans and androids alike almost all of the time is still a wish that may or may not come true in this lifetime. 

Uncle Adrian was devastated when Brian needed to go through the overhauling process that he tried to invent and experiment on Brian to perfect his body and innards same as humans or maybe similar to Brain when he was completely human. Hence, even though how many times Uncle Adrian tried to replace Brian's broken limbs, neck, and bones, it's no use. Brian or who is now called Miles is no longer human but a machine that breathes and thinks but still someone who is made out of iron and metal, it's heart breaking!

Miles, pick up the phone!, I thought while still sitting at one chairs inside the dome where most of the guests and patrons of the resort are placed when the attack happened. I thought of my best friend and now I understand how he might be feeling since I joined the academy without even saying a word to him about it. It's insensitive of me but I wanted to protect him because I love him as my friend, or am I just doing this for myself and it has nothing to do with at all. Maybe I'm selfish and I naïve! Maybe I didn't need to save him but me saving myself for running away from who I am destined to be? Whatever the reason is I am still going to be a Flighter and no one can stop me, not Miles, not mom, …..

Maybe, I can change your mind, since a Flighter, a DOG won't hide here with a bunch of people. You are not that brave, you scum! You are just a coward who want to save face! Now why don't you fight these creatures?, Jax, the DOGSs leader said looking at Ericka and Ren disgusted.

Are you scared? Haha…., virgins, they are not that tough at all. Why would they join the academy and hide from the monsters? Useless and despicable!, Menace with his stone wall arms and body said then spat to the ground carrying his M-54 machine gun. Where to now Boss?

Check on the casualties and report to Red Cross for them, then let's head back to headquarters immediately. We have a lot to do the day after tomorrow in the Dry Land this time, Jax added and looked at me and Ren coldly, then smirked. You girls better shape up or else I'll be the one to kick both of your butts. I don't want to worry about you in real battle, it's like you trying to kill yourselves! Didn't you know that this isn't a fairytale nor a video game where you can just spawn back or return when you lose a round?...Head back to camp, now!

How did she know Ren and I were accepted in the academy?, I thought and tried to hide my shame from the woman who is standing in front of me and Ren in a military suit, high and mighty after killing the creatures who tried to hurt and eat the 150 people who were left at the resort.

I froze and couldn't eat dinner since then as I keep on remembering what Jax said to us. Her voice kept on repeating the phrases inside my head, over and over again, it's deafening.

Haaa…she is really scary! Miles have been silent for weeks now and maybe he is busy with school and training. Hmm!!!, Ahhh, it's lonely when he isn't around! I hope he is okay!, I said while watching a video of how Jax and her team pulverized the dinosaurs. They killed them one by one and it's amazing how they did it like superheroes in movies. It's just that this time, it wasn't fiction but a true to life scene, it was…awesome!!!!
