Menace

Since travelling through space takes years to perfect, if we board a ship and travel in the speed of light by three months in ten minutes staying outer space we can go back to the mother station after six months. So, if in case we want to travel across another galaxy, we need to have a super advanced technology to ride with to be able to survive and live through it. Not dying before we get home to tell the tale of engaging and walking to a planet in Andromeda galaxy.

 Menace, it's been a while!, Jax said while walking towards a fellow comrade DOGS. Yeah, Captain, it's been a while indeed! I bet you missed me, huh, hehe!

 Yup I did but what about the initial practice traveling to Andromeda Galaxy? How was it?, Jax replied still standing about ten feet at Menace's back who eventually turned around to face the woman.

 Hmm…I can't say how it ended up but I think I grew older and yup, I don't think I can regrow my hair to turn brown again, hehe!, Menace added and when I saw his face, his hair an skin, he looked older like ten years from when I saw him just a couple of months. Wow….traveling through space sure would make you age and it's not half bad but it got me off guard since I had a crush on Menace since I can remember!

I'm sorry Jax I guess I'm not your handsome twenty-five year old crush now but a thirty five hunk of a Slasher (DOGS) for you…haha!, Menace said and started laughing as usual when he gets embarrassed.

I understand Menace, no need to worry or say sorry! I still love you!, Jax added and ran to hug and kiss the guy who is now teary eyed after eight months of not seeing each other.

Thrusters on, shields on, now….let's go Lofi and fly up the galaxy. We have been scouting for planets but haven't found anything yet to boast to central command on our planet's stars or something! Where do you want to go to this time?, a girl at about nineteen since she looked very young and sweet said to her spaceship's artificial intelligence main frame in front of her.

Thank you commander! We have been travelling across Giga (Andromeda) for years now but I haven't found anything like this Earth we are seeing now, yet Aurea (our planet) is the same as theirs, don't you think?, Lofi explained.

You may be right Lofi but I guess we need to check and see for ourselves, wouldn't we? Hihi!!!!...., the girl insisted and when they are about to lodge out of the hanger, another girl shouted at Dunea that made her and Lofi jump up and AI immediately shuts the systems down for Dunea's sake.

 Dunea, what are you up to this time?...

 Ah, Lofi, shut off all engines and don't talk….Celestia is here to check up on me again! Affirmative commander, I already did that that's why we don't have power as of the moment. I see…thank you!, Dunea cried without noticing that she wasn't able to use her computer panel and wheel to control the ship.

 Hi, there, I'm just about to …., Dunea said walking down her aircraft but she was cut off by Celestia who hugged her from behind.

 You skipped training and now you are about to go off somewhere in the universe without telling me. You're so unfair, you know that, Dunea!

 Ahh…sorry Celestia, I just need to see what's out there. What if we can find someone or something good or far more, better than our world!? Don't you think we should learn about them and explore their world or galaxy too!?, Dunea uttered.

 You're not wrong about that, but I'm sure your mother the Head Commanding Officer of Filia Star Fleet won't agree with you on that. It's been years since your father travelled to what they call Milky whatever the heck they call their universe and hasn't come back. You were only three years old then and now what?, Celestia added.

 Don't be sad for me. I know what I want and I know the cost for selflessly giving up my life for explorations and travels, Dunea added taking away Celestia's arm off her.

 Dunea, you know that even if we have the technology and power to travel Earth, we can't because it's unlawful and we are only allowed to scout and learn from them not develop a bond or be friends with them. We still don't know what they are capable of and what they really want from us, you know!

 Don't go any further Celestia. I know where this conversation is leading to, I'm sure of this and I want to learn from them too. Someday, I will find father even if that's the last thing I'd ever do in my life!, Dunea cried and looked at the Milky Way intertwined with Giga (Andromeda) as if pulling her close to reach it by her fingertips, hand and all, like seeing them fit together perfectly.

 I know I will travel to your planets Milky Way, I know it, sooner or later!, Dunea promised and as if she was heard by Ericka in some way that this girl on her seat at the academy class is now looking at a star shining from Andromeda Galaxy, from the planet Aurea (Sufi), calling for her mysteriously with sudden excitement, eagerness, longing to explore it no matter what happens. Is it just exploring the neighboring galaxy and planet or the humans living in it? Either way it's a win-win situation and Dunea knows it very well, she will definitely come into terms with her mother about the issue and still end up traveling across two universes to see what she has been looking for, her father, or maybe someone she is destined to be with forever in the future. Who knows, what is in store for Dunea?

 I can't seem to finalize this report. Haaa….Kaori, you didn't have the talent for writing but this report surely confirms a life form in Sufi inside Andromeda Galaxy. Hmm….how can you be sure that they exist and how can we be sure that they are harmless and won't hurt us if we visit their planet?, Lena thought while scanning Kaori's evaluation on the project.
