Haborym felt his muscles scream in agony,
Yet nothing else could be done to relieve them.
His energy was quickly depleting,
As the female serpent he battles, became more persistent.
Its red eyes glowed in anger and desperation,
As it then muttered words he couldn't decipher.
Yet beneath the fact that she was to kill him,
He saw them clearly, a stream of tears glistening.
That second of distraction alone, had cost him greatly,
As he was quickly thrown to the air without warning.
He quickly coughed up blood, and once his body met the soil,
He felt horrified, that he was no longer able to move.
His fingers tried to desperately defend himself,
But his illusions, his deceit, they vanished away.
And though mostly reserved and still as a lifeless pond,
It was at that moment, that his mask was stripped gone.
He felt his mouth open, and his eyes widen,
Scared and unsure, of what may happen.
But before the serpent could do anything,
A familiar voice was heard, loudly calling.
Haborym, upon knowing who it was,
Quickly forced himself to turn his head,
And there, one could very well guess he was horrified,
After finding out it was the love of his life.
"One-One fifty Five! What are you doing??? Go back!"
He yelled, despite his voice's crack.
He tried to stand up, but his broken bones won't let him,
And thus, he could only hope, that his furious eyes would send her away.
The serpent hissed in annoyance at the loud mouthed woman,
Prompting her to face her, than a limping man.
"And why should I follow a stupid little girl?"
She asked angrily, and sent her brothers.
The two male serpents quickly rushed towards her to strike,
Yet what happened next only provided all with shock.
155 was quick, agile and able to evade both,
Only clinging to sheer desperation and a prayer she made some time ago.
Her eyes were stern, no longer the flirtatious and silly woman Haborym knew.
She had a goal, and her pure want to save him, felt too good to be true.
The serpent males soon formed a circle to block her path,
But what came after, filled the female serpent with wrath.
The serpent males soon backed away as if having digested something odd,
And soon, 155 managed to get out, with her back revealing explosions.
Haborym was terribly surprised of what he had just witnessed,
How...how did this happened?
The female serpent soon lost her temper,
And soon forgot about Haborym to go after her.
"You insolent woman! How dare you kill them both?
Just who do you think you are? Well with me,
doing those dirty tricks won't work."
She quickly, with tears welling in her eyes, slither towards the red-dressed woman.
But the colors of her outfit, and her stance, seemed to have caused her to panic at once.
The serpent's past life then flashed before her eyes,
The very same day, she began to ask if God truly was just and kind.
...
"Come on now, just one of you,
Just one of you will do."
The proud man told
the shivering children,
Whose sight start to blur,
By the pearls that suddenly come falling.
The man, adorned with gold and silver,
Sighed and took the smallest child,
"You're younger and more pure,
You'll do best as the sacrifice,"
The children yelled, and adults wailed,
Begging their masters not to kill their children.
But none of them truly cared,
Everyone took a child to offer their gods.
Hoping their riches would surmount.
The children didn't remember much happiness,
Nor hope and motivation to get out of their fate.
Their parents, and ancestors have lived life with no change,
It was simply an illusion, a dream far away.
She felt poison form in her chest,
And a vision filled of bright red.
The same color as their extravagant clothes,
And their, if they ever have, their souls.
She couldn't sleep that night,
And never did ask God like she did every night.
She knew that her parents, and those older have already tried,
But why did Israel's God, not mind?
She started to cry again,
Her bitter tears making it hard to breathe.
She was silenced by a sinister whisper of the wind however,
The Devil telling her, he listens to her prayers.
Soon, she asked to see Him so she'd be certain,
While the Devil replied with a happy smirk, "no problem."
And soon by the children's foot, they saw Him.
Snakes of white scales and red eyes,
Proudly proclaiming,
"I have decided to take you as my nation.
I have decided to give you a transformation.
But, not now, as you are all young.
I want you to prove to me, that you'd remember me more than your names."
And then he vanished in thin air,
While the children looked at each other,
Confused of what happened, and what may.
Their sleeping parents continued to snore the night away,
Completely oblivious and unaware,
That their children suddenly recieved a far horrific fate,
A plan built by the cunning devil.
...
And soon, those who did not forgot,
Planted evil and hatred inside their hearts.
And when Satan came back to take the rest of their souls,
They have already, been overflowing with false hope.
Blind faith and extreme devotion,
Divine happiness filled with outrageous expectations,
They begged his spirit that they be freed of their chains,
That they be away of the men that kills them all day.
Satan promised them again,
Using his sweet words and voice, comparable of the angels.
And they were so filled with desperation,
That they overlooked the trap he had set on stage.
The woman knelt to her knees,
Crying and singing the word, "please."
And she felt secured when Satan hugged him,
And told her his lies that he had always listened.
Soon, they were taken away.
To a land free from torture and from, well everything.
They never grew hungry, nor weary, nor mad,
But they were also not filled with excitement, nor glad.
They lived in the illusion that Satan had made,
Told them it was the greatest thing they could ever get.
And they were so desperate for peace that they didn't know it then,
So they took it as a blessing, rather than a cruel fate.
Then like before, Satan told them they'll be taking one last test to prove their devotion,
That the moment he comes back, they'll all recieve divine salvation.
So they need to wait a bit longer.
"I need you to hope, just like before."
And with that, he vanished again.
Leaving them all dumb-founded.
It was so long, so slow,
That they soon forgot their original names,
but never their purpose.
It was only when it rained,
When puddles of water formed on their feet,
That they saw they have changed,
As their beaten bodies were now covered in hardened white scales.
But they believe in Satan's promises,
They believed that their choice had been right.
They believed they were lucky and that their parents were dumb,
Trapped in that earth, praying to their deaf God.
They rejoiced and sung, until they forgot how to.
But never did their minds bury,
the promise Satan told.
...
The serpent trembled,
The serpent cried.
She felt them whispering,
But this time, angels cry.
They cried that she could not wait,
They cried that she had listened.
They cried for her brothers and sisters,
And the serpent cried harder again.
She, upon remembering her pain however,
Decided to continue with the plan than surrender.
So she quickly slithered towards the bold woman,
And swallowed her body, as quick as time.
Haborym yelled in frustration,
While his fingers started to shake,
Turning colder by the second.
His once patient self started to rot,
And impatience clouded his mind and soul.
He stood, as Sellena yelled at him not to move.
But Haborym was filled with wild emotions,
Emotions he once was used to control.
He was ready to expose himself to the beast,
Until something happened, something quick.
The serpent's head was sliced in half,
And a man emerged, carrying the love of his life.
She looked at him, with tired eyes,
And even with a bloody look, and a trying smile,
She looked beautiful in his eyes.
Deltha soon teleported to Haborym,
And with a serious look, gave him his Queen,
He soon left without a word,
Back to banish, the serpent's soul.
He saw her memories flash before him,
And though it pinched his heart knowing what abuse she went,
He felt sorry that she ran out of patience.
And even more sorry, that her soul was never redeemed.
He then looked at his arms,
Healing and slowly returning.
It must meant that the figure of Death was still taking his damage,
He felt his heart sink deeper,
and thanked her for waking him up for the battle.
His nose soon caught scent of that treacherous flame,
The black sheep of their once perfect realm.
He looked at the origin, the start of all evil.
Satan, who was busy fighting God's worn-out angels.
"Time to pick up
The poisonous flower,
That decided to suit itself
In the garden of eden.
Satan, you poor little thing,
Your playtime is about to end,
And your doom, about to begin."
