"Intruder?!"

I wake up in the middle of the night, my body is curled up on my bed. A horrid nightmare was repeating itself in my head. Blood splattered, but then it fades. My mind forgetting it as soon as my head lifts from the fluffy pillow. A rat's nest seemed be on my head where my hair should be. Moon light shines in through my enormous window. Mistresses room is across the long, dark, scary, spine chilling hallway. Few candles light the way beaconing and ushering me to run, when I crawl to my doorway. An idea hits me like a brick in the head. Instead of going to her, why not she come to me! I wail, sob, scream, and screech occasionally. For the attention, of course. Suddenly a thud sounds from her dark room, she comes rushing out with a pocket knife at hand. "Intruder?!" She shouts with a questioning tone. Her expression shone with exhaust. I giggle softly, my small body curled up in the tall doorway. My ears fold down and my tail sways ever so slowly.
