Querxes: so Kaneki what is the oppressor?

Kaneki: you can call it the uh twin of the liberator if you want.

Yuuka: did you say the twin of the liberator?!

Kaneki: yup because i created it using the crystal that contained the liberator and also because i used the liberator as the model for its looks.

Sachi: interesting! But how did you create it?

Kaneki: i rather not say.

Kaneki: alright so the last thing I can say about the Oppressor is that it also has a blood bind to me, and the Oppressor has anti-magic and anti-ability properties so it is a very dangerous weapon.

But it regenerated really quickly.
