blurrghh.. right now ren is vomiting the dango he ate before coming to the meeting point where his team was going to assemble .

it was a big mistake to eat before coming as the shit uchiha loki had a scheme to make them vomit their shit out . basically loki didnt say anything except to follow him .

ren and his 2 teammates were curious but still didnt bother asking as Loki was giving a serious vibe before . they didnt know that scheming jonin was laughing inside while maintaining a serious face . ninja really have oscar level acting skills except naruto of course .

after passing a few buildings 4 of them came in front of a huge building which was giving the vibe of being an important place .

ren was surprised and confused at the same time as the building turned out to be one of the bases of intelligence gathering and interrogation department .

well they had just become genin yesterday so in ren's mind was pure confusion as they dont seem to have any business with this place yet and the mysterious loki who didnt tell them anything before was also suspicious as he could have just told them that they were going to this department beforehand .

well all the confusion was completely swept away quickly as ren and his teammates had pale expressions after confirming their purpose here . simply they had to kill captured enemy ninja one each as it was necessary for them to experience killing before being deployed on the war frontlines .

loki also knew the importance of this particular ritual as almost every ninja has to go through it . he didnt have any special feeling to these new novice ninja but he didnt want them to panic during war and cause him trouble either . so he gave them a speech and emphasized the fact that they had to kill to protect their loved ones from enemies . they have to harden their hearts because each enemy ninja they spare , will definitely kill someone else's family or maybe their own in future.
