Mukaze let out a sigh.

"It seems like you hold a deep grudge against me."

"Hmph!" Rasa snorted.

Mukaze: "I can tell you that I have feelings for Suna. After all, if it wasn't for the village taking me in, and if it wasn't for Karura helping me, I would have been nothing but a pile of bones in the desert."

"Your feelings seem more like indifference," Rasa retorted.

Mukaze: "I have never been indifferent. When I was weak, I chose to accumulate, and when I gained strength, I chose to act. Now is the right time."

Rasa: "What do you mean by the right time?"

Mukaze: "I have found oil in the desert."

The word "oil" was not unfamiliar to Rasa.

Mukaze often talked about oil, the oil industry chain, textiles, transportation, chemicals, agriculture, and other terms.

Rasa: "Don't spout nonsense to me. I don't have time to listen to your gibberish. Leave."

Mukaze persisted.

"You may not believe me, but you should believe in science."

Rasa found it amusing.

"What's the use of science? Does it enhance ninja strength or make money?"

"Of course it does!"

Mukaze pointed to himself.

"I am living proof that science is power."

Rasa's nose twisted in anger.

He thought Mukaze was talking nonsense.

Mukaze's personal journey was the most unscientific thing of all.

He was an ordinary and barely qualified genin who had been working at the village's weapon factory for three years. Suddenly, he learned Magnet Release and became stronger than Rasa himself.

Rasa: "You're lying. Where did you get Magnet Release?"

Mukaze: "Electromagnetism is a physical phenomenon. As long as there are fluctuations in electric charges, magnetic fields can be formed, giving rise to electromagnetic waves and other phenomena. Then, he glared at Rasa with anger.

"Rasa, don't measure others by your own lowly standards."

"I promised Karura that I would protect the village and find a way to make it prosperous."

"As for your position as Kazekage, if I wanted it..."

"It would be within my grasp."

Mukaze didn't see Rasa as a threat at all.

Rasa was nearly driven to madness by anger.

He was furious.

"Then, go ahead and become the Kazekage first before pursuing your oil business."

"As long as I'm in power, I won't allow anyone to work in your factory."

Mukaze pointed his index finger at Rasa.

Electric sparks flickered at his fingertip.

He said coldly, "Do you think I'm afraid to kill you?"

(I was supposed to only translate these 5 chaps of this novel I found today but I got hooked so maybe couple more chaps later.
