While reading the message in front of him, Mizuna was startled to hear the bell ringing. He went to the window and saw the Konohagakure villagers and shinobi running towards a certain direction.

The two then woke the sleeping Hiyori and explained to her what they saw. She refused to go and insisted she would stay at the inn, planning to mourn the fate of her lover Madara

Kimi and Mizuna looked at each other, and without saying a word they both came to a tacit understanding, they both decided to leave Hiyori and give her the time she needed to mourn.

The two then ran towards the village square. While running Mizuna decided to look far ahead of their current path to see what the commotion was all about "Byakugan" veins started showing around his white eyes

"huh? Then what's this commotion all about? Shinobi die and get injured all the time" Kimi asked slightly annoyed at how the villagers were treating this as an unusual occurrence

"that's not it, someone important must have been part of that group, the villagers are encircling them right now and I can even see some Hyuga clan members staring at me from time to time"

Mizuna was startled and almost tripped "What's wrong? Didn't you say I can use it if we're inside the village?" he then stopped using his Byakugan and just ran towards the square beside Kimi

"Yeah but not right now so stop asking" Kimi said then she stopped looking at Mizuna.

Both Mizuna and Kimi looked at each other with shock apparently on their faces. They both understood what must've happened

The commotion was about the 2nd Hokage, to be specific it was about the ambush and death of the 2nd Hokage Tobirama Senju

'Those injured young shinobis must be Haruzen and Danzo's team I can't believe it, it's about to start or to be more precise it already started, the first Shinobi war'

'Can I survive this? Ow wait I'm not a ninja yet, not officially'

Mizuna then chuckled

Kimi looked at him and said "You're right, it must be karma" She said with a smile

Mizuna then looked at her with wide eyes and said "Y-yeah that's what I was thinking" He said it with a stiff smile

"Let's go back and tell it to Mistress," Kimi said while wiping off a teardrop.

The two started heading back to the inn. Mizuna is lost in thought about the red message he got earlier that day.

"Aunt Kimi, why don't the Uchiha use Sharingan to enslave people?" Mizuna asked while running

Kimi then looked at him "Don't you dare try it, it takes an astronomical amount of chakra to control someone. You will also need to transfer some of your chakra to that person" She then looked forward and continued

"Sensory shinobis especially skilled ones like the Aburame clan also can sense the foreign chakra on someone, even your Byakugan will be able to see that foreign chakra" she said while smirking and tapping his shoulders
