Chapter 27 – Mission to the Star

Naruto sat on a Grand Imperial Love seat that was adorned by a hand painted Sakura tree design and had velour cushions, with his wife Shion holding his hand beside him while she rested her head on his shoulder. Shion was also holding the solid white pup Naruto had brought with him. Shion loved his eyes that reminded her of her lover Naruto.

Shion wanted to call him Naruto Junior or maybe Menma, but Naruto said he would be called Kōsetsu, meaning snowfall.

Kushina sat directly in front of the young couple still holding the red pup. Naruto was reminded of a weird word he once he saw in a book, Kenna which meant born of fire. He liked that name for the pup.

The black pup Naruto would name Yowa meaning midnight or dead of night stood alert at his feet. While the other 2 were walking around cautiously exploring this new place.

Having enough of the silence Kushina decided she would be the one to speak.

"Naruto you still haven't told me who she is?" Kushina says.

"This is Shion, the Shrine Priestess here in the land of demons" Naruto tells her.

"Naruto who is she?" Shion whispers.

"Shion this is my mother Uzumaki, Kushina. Turns out she was not dead after all and was forced to leave me" Naruto tells her.

Kushina's head dropped a little being reminded of that fact. She knew Naruto would always remember that, but she had hoped that the time they spent together was starting to erase that.

Shion on the other hand stared hard Kushina before letting it go and focusing back on Naruto.

"Naruto-kun, why haven't you come to see me sooner?" Shion questions.

Naruto softened at the question.

"I'm sorry Shio, but it took me a while to make that gateway connecting this land to my place in Konoha" Naruto tells her.

"You couldn't have written me using one of those foul birds" Shion admonishes.

"But I know you don't like the vultures dear" Naruto reminds her.

"I wouldn't have cared if they were bringing me news from you. It's been seven months since your last visit" Shion counters.

"But …"

Naruto never had to respond as Kushina decides to interrupt.

"Sochi, how do you even know a priestess and how are you married?" Kushina questions.

The question brought a smile to Shion's face and Naruto's a while thought more subdued.

"That is a somewhat long story" Naruto says.

"No it isn't. When I first met you four years ago with my mother you were talking nonsense like that you thought you were a demon and belonged in the land of demons" Shion says.

Kushina let out a sharp intake of air as she hadn't heard much about her son in his young years other than some of the abuse he suffered in Konoha.

"No, I said I was looking for a demon in the land of demons not that I thought I was one" Naruto reminds his wife.

"Really I was sure you had this scary face that even frightened my mom saying you were a demon and we should stay away from you" Shion says.

"Wait how did you even know about the Land of Demons and how did you get away from Konoha?" Kushina questions.

"Blame Konoha's security. I mean if they can't or won't even protect one child you can imagine they are not the elite ninja they claim to be. It's not like they even wanted to watch me. I often went off unsupervised as long as I wasn't gone too long. The old fool didn't bother me as his ANBU often fed him false reports of my activities, mostly painting me in a negative light" Naruto answers.

"That still doesn't explain how you knew about the Land of Demons? Or how you got here?" Kushina questions.

"Actually that would be Kyūbi's fault. He was the one that told me about a demon that supposedly lived here named Mōryō. I got curious and came here to find it" Naruto tells her.

Once again Kushina gasps. Shion meanwhile punches his shoulder.

"He was actually going to release the demon before my mother stopped him and told him about Mōryō and how he was an evil demon not of this world that would destroy everything if he was allowed freedom" Shion informs her.

"What were you thinking Naruto" Kushina scolds.

"Kyūbi said if I defeated Mōryō I would gain it's powers and we would destroy Konoha, which at that time was all I wanted to do" Naruto tells her.

Kushina nods, but is glad someone was there to stop her foolish son from doing something truly idiotic and dangerous.

"Well then, seems I should thank your mother Shion for stopping my son and saving him from himself" Kushina says.

This made Shion look away confusing Kushina. Naruto sees this and decides to tell her.

"Shion's mother died saving Shion and me, by sealing Mōryō up although it will be back in several years to try again" Naruto informs her.

"So she …"

"Her name was Miroku" Naruto says interrupting his mother.

Kushina nods and continues, "Miroku, was good at sealing?" Kushina questions.

"My mom was the best at everything" Shion declares looking Kushina in the eye.

Kushina just smiles making Shion relax.

"Be that as it may, I also know some things about sealing. Maybe I can look at her notes and we can beat this demon once and for all" Kushina says.

However, she was confused when instead of being impressed and happy with such statement Shion and Naruto gave her an odd look.

"Actually Kaa-san, we already have a plan to deal with it" Naruto tells her.

Kushina waited for them to tell her, which did not take long.

"I plan to create our own Jinchūriki" Naruto informs her.

"WHAT!?" "HOW!?" " "WHY!?" EXPLAIN YOUNG MAN RIGHT NOW!" Kushina demands.

Not fazed by the outburst Naruto and Shion calmly stared the enraged woman down who's hair had started take the shape of tails, before she realized what she was doing and calmed down though she was still angry.

"How could you want to do that to someone else sochi. You know the life of a Jinchūriki" Kushina says.

"Unlike Konoha or the other trash we will not do that here. The Jinchūriki will be cherished and celebrated like I was meant to be" Naruto says.

His answer served to calm her somewhat, but she was still angry.

"You do know what that term means, sochi? I would think you would understand more than almost anyone" Kushina says.

"I won't die mom, there are other methods beyond the Shiki fuin capable of sealing a tailed beast" Naruto says.

Kushina knew that was true. Her own seal the Four Symbols seal held the Kyūbi just fine through two generations and would have continued to do so had that masked idiot not interfered. Kushina still wanted to know how he found about it since she and Minato kept it under wraps as much as possible. So that calmed her a bit.

"But who would you use to seal it in?" Kushina asks.

"Oh I have a certain clan in mind that should perfect for the job" Naruto says with a dark smile.

"You don't mean the Inuzuka sochi, I thought you already got back at them?" Kushina says hoping that wasn't the case.

"Mōryō is a real demon and dark one at that, an Inzuka wouldn't be appropriate" Naruto says.

"You can't be talking about the Nara's sochi, what have they done to you?" Kushina asks.

"No not them" Naruto quickly answers.

"Then it must be a Yamanaka" Kushina states.

Naruto just shakes his head.

"An Akamichi?" Kushina continues.

Once again he shook his head.

"You can't be thinking about messing with the Hyūga Clan sochi?" Kushina asks.

"I know you and Hiashi has had some issues …" Kushina never got to finish.

"Not just him that whole clan has been against me from the very beginning. They were just as bad if not worse than those mutts. The mutts I could fool but how can you hide from eyes that can see through walls … I tell you you can't, not if they really want to find you" Naruto says angrily.

Shion places her hand on Naruto's chin and turns his face so she can give him a kiss.

"Calm down Naru-kun and just tell her already" Shion tells him.

"Tell me what?" Kushina asks confused.

"Is she here?" Naruto asks.

Shion nods.

"Is who here Sochi?" Kushina asks.

"There was another child whom had everything taken from her in that village" Naruto starts as Shion rings a bell.

"Her parents died in a tragic fire that was the result of a sealing done by that fool Yūhi, Kurenai who had no business trying to seal anything with her limited knowledge and abilities.

The sealing was ordered by Sarutobi who believed Kurenai, who felt this child's ability was a threat to the village since she also deemed her incapable of becoming a kunoichi because she couldn't or wouldn't train her.

Anyway I met her awhile ago rotting away in some secret housing under guard by her remaining clansmen who hate her and a few ANBU.

She agreed to have a baby by me when the time was right even if it could mean her death, because she has a frail body" Naruto tells her.

"Why would she agree to do this?" Kushina asks.

"Because, he promised to kill the old man and my former sensei" said a young woman's voice.

From out of a the hall way came a young girl with long brown hair, and light brown eyes wearing a pink kimono and using a wheel chair to get around.

"Yakumo-chan, how are you doing?" Naruto asks the girl.

Naruto notices she has one of the puppies in her lap as she comes closer.

"Good, now can I keep her?" She asks intently.

Looking at the pup who seems to be happy where she is Naruto nods.

"Then I'll call her … Kuromeru" Yakumo says happily holding the pup close to her.

"Excuse me" Kushina says drawing attention to her.

"I understand wanting revenge, but are you really okay with dying?" Kushina asks her.

Yakumo's eyes drop as she turned away from everyone while the pup jumped out of her lap and went to find it's brother and soon joined by the three other pups in the room chasing her.

"No, I'm not okay with it" Yakumo reveals tearing up a bit.

"Then why do this. I am sure my son can find someone else to do this?" Kushina asks ignoring the glare Naruto was sending her way.

"I want to do this" Yakumo says as she turns to face Kushina.

"Why?" Kushina asks.

"I love Naruto-kun, and I know he doesn't love me back but I want to do this for him and have his child. He's the only man for me" Yakumo answers honestly.

Kushina looked over at Naruto and see's that he already knows this, meaning Yakumo must have confessed her feelings to him at some point. Still this was a bit much to see a young girl willing to throw away so much for an unrequited crush. It also hurt that her son was taking advantage of this young girl and her feelings clearly traumatized by her past.

For the first time Kushina felt shame towards her son. To use this girl's feelings and create a baby for the sole purpose of gaining a weapon. This was wrong, but she wouldn't go against her son.

That didn't mean she wouldn't search for a way to change the predicted outcome and make sure the girl survived.

Noticing the heavy atmosphere Shion decides to change the topic.

"How about we have some tea. We can go to the garden and have it there" Shion says.

She then stands and moves to the back of Yakumo's chair directing her out of the room as Naruto and Kushina follow.

The next day in Konoha

Kushina and Naruto arrived back in Konoha just after dark as Naruto took Yakumo back to where they kept her. Kushina though couldn't stop thinking about the young girls and her sons plans.

'It just isn't right, having a baby is tantamount to suicide given her health problems. I Have to do something, maybe I can get Tsunade involved some how … no maybe Shizune would be better. I just have to keep this from Naruto" Kushina thought as she made her way back to the hotel.

That morning Naruto is in Tsunade's office.

"Lady Tsunade, you sent for me?" Naruto asks.

"I did, but why is your mother here?" Tsunade asks a little confused.

"She said she had something to speak with you about and tagged along" Naruto tells her.

Kushina just nodded showing a seriousness that let Tsunade know she was all business this time unlike other times lately when she had barged into her office seemingly on a whim to mock and aggravate her.

Nodding herself Tsunade decided to get to business.

"I received word last night that Ninja on the National Watch List entered the Land of Fire" Tsunade starts.

"I have asked for team 7 to handle this, but I am also including you and your group for this assignment" Tsunade tells him.

"Why?" Naruto asks.

In his opinion if it was just some rouge missing-nin even if they were the caliber of Zabuza's group they shouldn't pose much of a problem for Team 7, he didn't like them but they were admittedly a solid team.

"Some of those spotted are former members of the Sound Village. After the Snakes death and the loss of the Curse Seals powers they are weak so most of the villages have ignored the problem. However, some have splintered off without Orochimaru there to keep them caged including several of his experiments" She adds.

"So, you are looking for me to do what exactly?"Naruto asks.

"Shizune, bring her in" Tsunade orders.

In walks Shizune and a young girl. The girl had long brown hair and sort of resembled that girl Tenten with her hair shaped in two large buns on the sides of her hair. The main difference were the eyebrows and that her bangs were much longer framing her face.

"Naruto meet Lady Naho, a relative of the Fire Daimyō's. Your mission will be to escort her to Shizume Village where she has important duties to take care of" Tsunade tells him.

"You want me to bring …"

Naruto never got any further as the young girl looked at him and realized something.

"He's not Sasuke Uchiha!" Naho shouted.

"You promised me Sasuke Uchiha!"

"I'm sorry Lady Naho, but Sasuke is needed on an important mission. I assure you Naruto here will take good care of you" Tsunade tries.

"No, no, no!" Naho screams.

"I want Sasuke! Let him go on that mission!" Naho argues.

"I assure you Lady Naho, that Naruto has become one of my best ninja and will guard you with his life" Tsunade tries.

"I don't care. I am making a personal request as a relative of the Fire Daimyō" Naho asserts.

Meanwhile, Naruto was studying the girl carefully. Protecting the Daimyō's relative sounded like an easy mission and could help further get the man on his side. Naruto was starting to grow suspicious of Konoha's activities regarding him leaving, so doing this couldn't hurt things. He just needed to deal with why she wants Sasuke so badly.

While he was thinking this Tsunade had had enough.

"Naruto you will take Lady Naho to Shizume village and guard her while she does her land inspection, no go on the double!" She roars.

A reluctant Naho leaves with Naruto, but Tsunade notices she's not alone having forgotten that Kushina wanted to speak with her.

"What do you want Kushina" Tsunade growls out.

However, she calms down when she sees Kushina looking at her seriously.

"Tsunade, I have recently come across a young woman who needs your help" Kushina starts.

Meanwhile, Naruto and Naho had left the building and were walking in Konoha.

"Lady Naho, I need to retrieve some things before we go on the mission. You could come with me or there is a restaurant not far from here that you may like where you can wait" Naruto tells her.

"No!" Nahao shouts.

"I refuse to go anywhere unless it's with Sasuke Uchiha!" She demands.

"Lady Naho, I understand you want Sasuke but he is on a mission right now. What if the Hokage set up a meeting with him for after we return from your inspection?" Naruto tries to reason.

"No, No, No!" Naho shouts.

"I'm not going anywhere without Sasuke!" She declares.

"What about your land inspection?" Naruto asks

"That's not important. I can wait until Sasuke comes back" She says ignoring Naruto.

"Hmmm … really well, if it really isn't important …" Naruto starts.

"I told you it isn't, I'm waiting right here until Sasuke gets back" Naho declares.

"Okay then, I guess we should inform the Hokage about your decision. Shame though …" Naruto starts.

Naho looked at the boy curiously.

"What?" She asks.

"Oh nothing, it's just I have met the Fire Daimyō and was looking forward to telling him about meeting you when I see him again in a couple of months" Naruto says looking away.

"W-What … you know my uncle?" Naho asks suspiciously.

Naruto nods

Now Naho is worried a bit. She lied she really did need to do this inspection now, because if she didn't she could lose her title to another relative especially if the blonde idiot told on her to her Uncle … not that she believed him.

"I changed my mind, let's go" Naho says heading towards the gate.

"But didn't you want to wait for Sasuke?" Naruto reminds her.

Naho clenches her fist before turning on Naruto with a serious look.

"I told you this is important and we must do this now" She demands.

Naruto just grins which Naho didn't like at all.

'Smug bastard, just you wait Sasuke will beat you and make you apologize for disrespecting me' Naho thought angrily.

"Okay, but I still need to go retrieve my team and supplies if I am to escort you properly" Naruto reminds her.

Naho's fist clench tightly in anger.

'How dare he delay my inspection and keep Sasuke away from me' She thought.

"Fine, but make it snappy I don't have all day!" She barks walking away towards a restaurant.

"Hai, Lady Naho" Naruto responds courteously.

An hour later we find our hero along with Akari and Miyuki on the road with Naho walking towards Shizume village. Akari wore black pants with a gold top and black sandals. Miyuki wore a simple blue dress with shorts underneath and blue sandals. Karin also tagged along walking as close as possible to Naruto not that Miyuki or Akari cared. Karin wore her usual short black shorts but opted for a light purple crop top instead of her usual uniform and black glasses instead of the brown.

Since Naruto found her and she stayed in Konoha people no longer used her as chew toy so she no longer had to hide the bite marks which had all fade away. She was taking classes with Shizune along with Miyuki to become a proper medic. Karen was also learning how to manifest another part of her Uzumaki heritage the sealing chains along with getting lessons in Fuinjutsu with Naruto and Ninjutsu training and Kenjutsu training, since Kushina and Naruto had promised to take her to Uzushio soon. All in all since coming to Konoha Karin was a busy girl, but also a happy one.

Now as to why Naruto brought the girls along with him, it was simple. It wasn't a difficult mission and they asked. He had already tasked Kimimaro and Jūgo with going out on their own checking into what Tsunade told him, and if there was trouble he wanted to see what the girls had been doing on their own. Karin he saw some of during the mission to Moon country and during Fuinjutsu lessons, but it had been awhile since he trained with Akari or Miyuki so he was curious to see how they would handle themselves during a mission. He wasn't lying when he told Hinata he was looking for fighters in his women.

That and he really didn't want to have to deal with the spoiled girl obsessed with Sasuke any more than he had to. Just as he was thinking that Karin had to open her mouth and ask.

"So why are you so into Sasuke?" She asks.

All of a sudden Naho starts spinning with a big twinkle in her eye as she retells her tail of Sasuke's dashing.

"Because Sasuke actually saved my life once already" She starts her hands claps together with a far away look in her eye.

"If Sasuske hadn't been there. I would have died!" She continues.

"Besides that, he treated me like I was a regular woman, not some relative of the feudal lord that he hoped to get something from" She finishes brightly.

"Huh, is that so" Naruto comments offhandedly.

"In any case I trust Sasuke far more than you!" She shouts at Naruto.

"Is that so … well the sooner we get you to Shizume Village, the sooner we can get back to the village and maybe Sasuke will be there" Naruto says hoping this would pacify the little girl.

"Sasuke, really?" Naho questions.

Naruto gives a half-hearted shrug as he continues to move forward.

"Okay, let's go" Naho cheers.

Following close the girls just frowned at Naruto's blatant lie but kept going. Soon the group makes it close to Shizume Village all they have to do is get through a forest that lies just ahead of it. But as they're making their way through Naruto senses something. He continues on though as if he didn't notice anything, as this was a test for the girls not him.

With Team 7

"Our mission is to track the movements of some wanted criminals" Kakashi tells them.

"Don't let your guard down" Kakashi warns.

Sasuke and Sakura nod, while also nodded but Ami was suspicious.

'Why was their team given this assignment? Shouldn't a more veteran group handle this, even if this was mainly meant for Kakashi why were they here?' She thought.

The 4 of them made their way carefully into the enemy dwelling where they found a bunch of documents, but no one was home.

"Hardly anybody's here" Sasuke says as they search through the rooms.

"Yeah, looks like they've gone somewhere. The question is where exactly?" Kakashi asks mostly himself.

"Look sensei, I found this" Sakura exclaims proudly trying to show off for Sasuke.

Kakashi took the documents from her and looks them over.

"What, are these plans for a kidnapping … it says it will take place near Shizume Village. It seems the target is a girl named Naho who's related to the Feudal Lord" Kakashi says.

"Wait I know this girl" Sasuke tells them.

"What?"

"How do you know her, Sasuke" Sakura asks concerned.

While the picture was of a little girl, Sakura knew little girls especially those with connections like this one could be trouble. But Sasuke just ignored her while he stared at the picture.

Ami meanwhile stopped searching figuring they got what they were searching for. She looked at her team …

'Somethings bothering Sasuke and has been since the Chūnin Exams. He had gotten better since their mission to the Moon Kingdom, but she could tell he was still troubled' Ami thought with concern.

"Let's go, if we move we can reach Shizume Village hopefully before they find the girl and hurt her" Kakashi says as he rushes out the room followed quickly by his team.

Forrest near Shizume Village

Naruto and the girls were surrounded by a group of what appeared to be bandits.

'Seems like Kimimaro and Jūgo missed them in their search' Naruto thinks.

"Who are you?" Akari asks.

"Naho, I'm going to have to put you down" Naruto says as the girl gently moves down from her position on his back where she was resting.

"Get lost"

"We have no business with you three" the goons say.

Naruto just ignores them.

"Akari, Miyuki think you can handle them?" Naruto asks the girls.

"You can count on us Naruto-kun" Miyuki says.

Akari nods as she gets in her taijutsu stance.

"Alright, then I'll stay here and keep Naho safe" Naruto tells them.

Naruto watched as they fought, but kept an eye on his surrounding. He could see each girl easily cutting down the group of bandits. Miyuki's attacks were more precise, surgical befitting a budding Iryō-nin. While Iryō-nin were not meant to be front line fighters Kushina thought other wise using Tsunade and Kabuto for examples in the different ways medical knowledge could be used not only to heal, but to fight.

Naruto watched as Miyuki evaded attacks while surgically cutting tendons and muscles with the Chakura no Mesu, Chakra Dissection Blade/Chakra Scapel, it reminded him of someone else he had fought. He was very glad she was on his side if she ever got as proficient with the technique as that person did.

Akari meanwhile attacked with a cold almost detached lethal brand of taijutsu that surprised Naruto. He could tell her style needed something, perhaps a weapon and she could become just as scary as Miyuki. The truth is that Akari took a lot from Kushina leaning more towards weapons/sword proficiency with some sealing knowledge similar to the girl on Maito Gai's team just without the whole obsession with weapons things as she still liked using her bloodline abilities as well.

Anyway it wasn't long before both girls had dispatched of the grunts when what looked to the boss stepped up he quickly punched the earth sending out shock waves as the ground beneath him rose up forming a Doton: Doryūheki, Earth Style: Mud Wall, but it was a combo technique as the pulse was him also using Doton: Dosekiryū, Earth Style: Mudslide, forcing both girls to fall back to where Naruto and Naho were.

This time Naruto tasked the girls with watching over Naho as he stepped forward.

"Oh, so the big man finally steps up. Tired of having little girls fight your battles" The man taunts.

"Actually I just wanted to see how good my girls are after all their training. Got to admit they've gotten pretty good" Naruto says while looking back at Akari and Miyuki making them blush.

Thinking Naruto was distracted the guy runs and punches Naruto only for his attack to miss and Naruto gives him an uppercut sending him in the air then leaping up to catch the bandit and throw him down to the ground. The resulting crash causes a lot of dirt, dust, and debris to engulf the area making it hard to see but it soon settles allowing Naruto to see that his attack didn't have much affect.

"An attack like that won't work on me, you should just give it up kid" the bandit says.

"No, I can tell your using an Earth based technique to provide you with an armor that shields you from basic attacks like that. I'm betting that's not even your real face" Naruto responds.

"How'd you tell kid"

"I just could, my name is Naruto" Naruto answers.

"My name ... beat me and I'll tell you" the goon says.

"Fine by me" Naruto answers with a grin.

Naruto notices one of the goons has gotten up and trying to sneak attack Akari only to get knocked out by a punch.

Naruto runs and punches the bandit in the jaw, but just as before it had little effect as the bandit retaliates with a punch using his earth release forcing Naruto to duck and then jump back to avoid kick. The bandit rushes Naruto not giving him time to use a jutsu and swings hims modified arm which Naruto dodges and then quickly goes through the seals for the wind blade jutsu using one hand while blocked and dodging his attacks much to the shock of the bandit.

"Fūton: Kazekiri no Jutsu – Wind Release: Wind Cutter Technique"

The blade of wind quickly formulates in Naruto's hand and stabs the bandit with it in the stomach causing him to collapse.

"What ... did you do" the man asks as he spits up blood.

"Earth maybe strong against wind, but the wind blade is an A ranked technique. It was just unfortunate for you that I was assigned to this mission" Naruto says as he takes out his sword and decapitates the bandit.

He then looks towards Naho.

"I hope that didn't scare you Naho-hime" Naruto says.

"N-no that didn't scare me. Just do your job and get me to Shizume village" Naho says authoritatively.

Naruto just nods as he takes out a scroll and seals the bandits head while the girls do the same with the rest of the bandits before they leave. As they were leaving Team 7 shows up.

"Sasuke!" Naho shouts and rushes to hug the Uchiha.

"What happened here?" Kakashi asks.

"Nothing much, a group of missing-nin attacked and we took care of it" Naruto says nonchalantly.

"How many were there?" Kakashi continues.

Naruto just shrugs.

"Maybe 10, 20 something like that. Akari and Miyuki handled most of them" Naruto says.

"Really?" Kakashi asks shocked.

"You seem surprised" Naruto states.

"They're a little ... fresh aren't they. You thought they were ready for this?" Kakashi continues.

"Of course, Kaa-san trained them and from what I saw she has trained them well" Naruto states.

"Anyway it was fun catching up, but we should going. Still have a mission to finish after all" Naruto says.

"Ummm ... I think that's going to be a little difficult Naruto-kun" Miyuki says pointing towards Naho.

When Naruto looked towards the girl he saw that Naho was still attached to the Uchiha and didn't seem like she was going to get off of him any time soon. Shaking his head Naruto looks towards Team 7's captain.

"She's not going to let go ... would it be too much trouble if I asked your team to come with us?" Naruto asks.

"Why not, it'll give us a chance to get to know each other better" Kakashi says with an eye smile.

Naruto wanted to groan and hurt someone, but he knew this was the only way Naho was going to leave.

'We're so close, this shouldn't take long and then we're back in the village' Naruto thinks to himself.

"Thanks" Naruto replies.

5 Days Later

"What took you all so long?" Tsunade questions.

It had been a long 5 days for both groups. When Naho saw Sasuke her immediate reaction was to glomp on him and never let go. For a little girl, she was a lot stronger than she looked. It took the combined efforts of all the girls to get her loose and even when they did she stuck as close to the Uchiha as humanly possible without becoming a 5th appendage.

But they managed to make it to Shizume Village shortly after dark, which meant they had to stay the night. That was music to Naho's ears as she managed to somehow turn it into a date between her and Sasuke not that Sakura would allow it. The fights between the two were ... annoying and ear splitting .

'I didn't know banshees came in pairs' Naruto thought.

To shut them both up Sasuke was ordered to go out with both girls while they were there provided Naho do what they came for. And of course Naho dragged it out for several days ensuring she got multiple dates with enigmatic hero. Of course since they were the ones officially stuck with guarding the girl, Naruto and his team were dragged along and finding it all hilarious Kakashi went along with it while reading his porn books and occasionally inquiring about Naruto's relationship with the girls.

So basically it took them 5 days to complete a mission that could have been done in one. The only ones that hated it were Naruto and Sasuke. Sasuke because between Naho and Sakura he hadn't had a moments peace in 5 days and Naruto because he was the only one that was stuck with Naho, the Uchiha, and Sakura since Naho refused to do anything without the Uchiha and Sakura refused to let Sasuke out of her sights with anyone she deemed a threat to her marrying the Uchiha. That meant they both had to deal with the shrieking, yelling, and arguing of the 2 obsessed fangirls. Really it was just sad, one was a 9 year old civilian and the other a registered ninja ... yeah Naruto had to get out of this village.

Meanwhile, Akari, Miyuki, and Ami busied themselves with shopping and looking around the village for fun stuff to do. And Kakashi was absolutely no help. He had asked the man why when Naho had fallen asleep on their third night in the village and the reply made him both angry and understanding. Turns out the Hokage had been running most of the Jonin ragged with additional missions. Of course what made him angry about it was he mainly did it so he could read his stupid porn.

"Lady Naho and Sakura decided to take a vacation with Prince Charming over there and wouldn't go anywhere until they both had a proper date with the Uchiha" Naruto sums up.

Naruto glared at the pink haired girl who at least had the decency to look ashamed.

"Fine, hand in your report. Everyone except for Naruto is dismissed" Tsunade says.

Team 7 left the room as did Akari and Miyuki eventually. Tsunade then fixed Naruto with a piercing stare.

"Do you know why your mother has taken a sudden interest in medical jutsu?" Tsunade asks.

Naruto shrugs, although he had a guess.

"She's been going to the Hospital every day and keeps barging in here asking me all kids of questions" Tsunade tells him.

"You are the foremost expert in Medical jutsu, maybe she wants to change career paths" Naruto answers.

"This isn't funny brat. When she isn't here, she's at the Hospital disturbing the doctors and nurses and anyone she can find" Tsunade yells.

"Fine, fine I'll talk with her. Is that all?" Naruto asks.

Tsunade sighs, but calms down.

"No, I need you for another mission" Tsunade tells him.

"Another mission?" Naruto questions.

"I received a security mission from an allied village Hoshigakure. I want you to take Team 10 with you and lead the mission" Tsunade tells him.

"Hoshigakure ... okay why do you want me to go, what's the mission, and why take Team 10?" Naruto asks.

"Hoshigakure is a relatively small village but they have in their possession a meteor that they call a star. It emits a strange chakra that when someone trains around it enough it enhances their chakra making them very powerful. Unfortunately there are dangerous side-effects that make it hazardous for most to be around which is why they have a low number of active ninja currently as their leader has altered their training to focus only on using the 'star'.

Recently the village has been under attack. They fear someone is trying to steal the 'star' and due to their low numbers they are looking for the Leaf to help them in a joint protections mission. You are to meet up with a Hosigakure ninja named Sumaru whom will meet you at the base of the village and escort you safely inside the village ..." Tsunade starts.

"Safely?" Naruto asks curiously.

"The Hoshigakure is surrounded by deadly gasses that make it difficult to get inside the village if you don't know how" Tsunade tells him.

"Then how are they being attacked?" Naruto asks.

Tsunade shrugs.

"I trust you will find out once your there" Tsunade responds.

Naruto nods.

"Okay I understand the mission, but why Team 10. I could easily take my mother, the girls, or my old team?" Naruto asks.

"First, Team 10 is the best of the genin teams now that I healed Rock Lee and honestly if he didn't have to face you Neji was considered a favorite to make Chūnin" Tsunade says.

"I didn't know that you managed to heal Rock Lee ... is he 100%?" Naruto asks ignoring what she said about Neji.

"Yes, he has already gone on a mission with his team without Gai and came back with no problems" Tsunade reports.

"Alright, I'll except the mission but I'd like to add someone to the team" Naruto requests.

"Who might that be?" Tsunade asks.

"Neji and I do not have the best relationship, I am not sure how partnering with Team 10 will work out. So I request another Jōnin accompany me on the mission" Naruto asks.

"Naruto, you know all the available Jōnin are off on other missions to benefit the leaf. Why do you need another Jōnin anyway outside of your issues with the Hyūga boy" Tsunade asks.

"From what you said Hoshigakure might need someone medical help and I couldn't think of anyone better than Shizune to help them" Naruto says.

"WHAT!?" "I won't allow it!?" "I need Shizune here with me!" Tsunade screams.

"Oh, but what if I gave you this?" Naruto says.

From out of a scroll pops a bottle of Juyondai Sake widely considered the best and most rare brand of Sake in the world and a rare chestnut bean jelly with gold leaf candy.

"Sold"

An Hour Later

"Alright, you all know the mission. I'll take the lead while Neji will take the rear of the formation. Are you all prepared and ready?" Naruto asks.

Everyone nods.

"Then let's go" Naruto orders.

'I can't believe Lady Tsunade sold me out for some candy and a bottle of Sake' Shizune lamented.

'I can't believe Naruto is a Jōnin already. Yosh! I will double my training and make Jōnin in no time' Lee thinks as he follows Naruto and Shizune.

'I hope Neji is alright with this' thought Tenten.

'...'

The journey to Hoshigakure took less than a day to reach the village where they are supposed to meet someone that would get them inside the village. Looking across a ravine Naruto could tell why they needed someone to lead them across ... well it would be rude if he just had a summons take them across and might cause problems. So they waited, but not long until a guy in a gas mask shot an arrow from a crossbow across the ravine with a rope attached to it and ran across to meet them.

"I take it your the person that will lead us to your village?" Naruto asks.

Receiving a nod they all made their way across the rope and into Hoshigakure. They were immediately taken to the Hoshikage's Residence a small three residence that sat atop a stone platform. Inside the building just came across as an average building if maybe a bit sparsely decorated. They were taken to the top level where the Hoshikage sat on a raised tatami mat in traditional Japanese manner so they all do the same with Naruto and Shizune one one side, the Hoshigakure ninja that led them there are one side with his mask removed and Team 10 in-between them.

"I am Akahoshi and I am the Deputy Hoshikage of this village" The man informs them.

"Deputy, but then ..." Tenten starts.

"Tenten-san, please let the Hoshikage explain before interrupting" Naruto chides her.

Tenten glared at Naruto but relented and bowed to the man as an apology. Not that Akahoshi seemed to care for the gesture.

"The Sandiame Hoshikage passed on quite suddenly a year ago so at present the village finds itself without a true leader" Akahoshi tells them.

"Wait a minute, I thought only leaders of the five great villages could call themselves Hokage?" Neji questions.

"It makes no difference. The people of this village are inferior to no one" The ninja that brought them there says.

Naruto studies the guy a little closer after the outburst. He had black hair, reddish-brown eyes and looked to be roughly around their age and several or more inches shorter than he was.

"We maybe small, but some day this village will rival those of the five great lands and when that day comes I will be Hoshikage" The kid tells them.

"Be quiet" Akahoshi tells him.

"Return to your training at once" Akahoshi orders.

Naruto watches as he leaves.

"Huh, nice dream. Who is that kid?" Naruto asks.

"His name is Samuru he's a prodigy of the village arts" Akahoshi says.

Naruto nods at the information.

"Now, where was I ... yes as you correctly pointed out the shinobi of our land are not even qualified to have a Kage. However, we posses a star that the Kage's of the five great hidden villages covet. Someday we will harness the power of that star and our village will at last be able to seat a sixth Kage" He tells them.

"So your enemies have been trying to get that star" Neji says.

"Yes, but our scouting team managed to get some useful intelligence ..." The acting Hoshikage

However, before he could continue someone barged in to the meeting.

"The Star has been taken!" Yelled a bald man with thick black eyebrows and dark eyes.

"We'll go immediately, we might still be able to capture the enemy and retrieve the star" Naruto says.

"Fine go" Akahoshi says.

Naruto, Shizune, and Team 10 immediately leave. Rushing through the village Neji spots Samuru standing near the ravine where they entered the village. They all ran up to where he was standing.

"Sumaru, did you see who stole the star?" Naruto asks.

Sumaru shook his head.

"I saw the thief leave the Training Center ... I wanted to go after them, but I had to check on my friends" Sumaru states.

"Was anyone hurt?" Shizune asks.

Sumaru nodded.

"They were all unconscious when I arrived" Sumaru says.

"I'll go back and make sure they're okay" Shizune says before leaving for the Training Hall.

"What do we do?" Lee asks.

"Normally, I'd just go after the thief but we were hired to protect the Star not retrieve it. In the end we'll leave it up to Akahoshi-san to determine if he wants us to go after it or have his own ninja do it" Naruto says.

Nodding they left for the Hoshikage's Residence to report.

"What!?"

"The Star was stolen!?" Akahoshi yells.

"Yes Hoshikage-sama, the trainees were right next to it but they were all defeated by the enemies technique" Sumaru reports.

"Shameful!" Akahoshi yells punching the floor.

"What kind of technique can beat them all so easily!" He shouts.

"I saw the enemy use the Mysterious Peacock Method to escape ..." Sumaru answers.

Naruto noted the widened eyes of Akahoshi.

"Excuse me, but what is this Mysterious Peacock Method. I assume that it is a technique of this village?" Naruto questions.

"Naruto" Neji growls.

Although Neji also noted the changes in Akahoshi.

"It is a technique that can only be used by those trained ..." Sumaru starts to answer.

"Sumaru" Akahoshi barks stopping him.

"I apologize, of course I can't expect you tell me about a village secret" Naruto apologizes.

Behind him Tenten blushed, because she was going to ask the same thing.

"Akahoshi-sama! Please give me the order! It's my responsibility that the Star was stolen!" Sumaru says.

"No we are all responsible since it was our mission to protect it. We will definitely retrieve the Star" Neji interjects.

Naruto just looked over at him briefly before focusing back on Akahoshi.

"Leave the search for the Star to the Konoha shinobi. Sumaru you tend to your injured comrades" Akahoshi orders.

"But only villagers know about ...!" Sumaru protests.

"That's an order!" Akahoshi shouts.

"You are all dismissed" He says ending the discussion.

Naruto, Team Gai, and Sumaru left the building some more willingly than others.

"Hey Neji, remind me how we're responsible when we just arrived in the village and were receiving orders as it was stolen?" Naruto asks.

"Huh, I guess they gave you the title of jōnin way too early Uzumaki-san if you are unaware of village politics and how to handle clients" Neji replies.

"I'm aware of politics genius, but I'm also aware that it wasn't necessary there and taking responsibility for something like that stains the reputation of the village if for say we can't find the thief who already has a huge head start on us and can fly!" Naruto reminds him.

"If you really are a Jōnin finding one little thief shouldn't be a problem Uzumaki, or maybe you just can't cut it" Neji responds.

"Guys, guys we shouldn't be fighting on a mission" Tenten tries to placate them.

"Yeah, let's work together instead and find the thief and bring back the star!" Lee yells.

"Fine" Neji responds.

Naruto doesn't acknowledge him and turns to Sumaru.

"Hey, are the ones who were hurt going to be okay?" Naruto asks.

"That's none of your concern" Sumaru says briskly.

"Huh?" Naruto asks.

"You guys are outsiders, we're not comrades or anything like that" He says.

Sumaru quickly walks past them.

'He reminds me of someone ...' Naruto thinks, but forgets who.

"Neji I ... agree with Naruto" Tenten says shocking the Hyūga.

Naruto just smirks, while Lee gapes at Tenten agreeing with anyone against Neji.

"Although you said that we are responsible for what happened we didn't even see what happened" Tenten explains.

"That's right we don't even have any clues" Lee says having gotten over his shock.

"No we do" Neji says surprising everyone.

"Didn't you notice?" He says.

"Akashoshi, Satou knows something" He tells them.

"Yes, it's likely the thief is former member of their village and he probably can guess who" Naruto says.

Now it was Neji's turn to be shocked as he didn't think the Blonde was also onto their client.

"Now that you mention it, when Sumaru-san mentioned that Peacock something, his face went pale!" Tenten says.

"So Naruto's right it was a criminal from this village" Lee says.

Neji nodded.

"I'm going to go search around the village for anything that could be a clue. Lee and Tenten keep a close watch on the Hoshikage" Neji says taking charge.

"Got it" Lee answers.

"Leave it to us" Tenten responds.

"As for you ... huh ... where did he go?" Neji asks.

Where did Naruto go he had already left figuring that a squad with solid teamwork and mission history like theirs would know how to handle things without him. As for where he was going, he was going to find the thief. Naruto easily bypasses the ravine using his Dark Passage Jutsu and then creates five clones that split out twenty yards apart and then use the Shadow Clone Jutsu themselves creating twenty clones and then run in set directions hoping to cover more ground and find the mysterious thief.

While Naruto was doing that Akahoshi and his two followers Shisō and Yotakata were talking in the Hoshikage's Residence.

"There is no doubt about it" Akahoshi states looked out at the village.

"So the one who took the star was him?"Yotakata says.

Yotakata is a bald man with thick black eyebrows and dark colored eyes wearing a hitai-ate (forehead protector) with a purple cloth a purple-blue flack jacket with black shirt & pants.

"So he's still alive" Shisō says.

Shisō is a few inches taller than Yotakata with chin length black hair and beady dark colored eyes wearing the same clothing as his partner only with a long sleeve shirt & shorts combo.

"If so then we're done for. He was the last shinobi to have fully mastered the Star's power. In short ..." Yotakata starts.

"Our techniques will be no match for him!" Shisō finishes afraid.

"Don't be so hasty. Even if he uses it, we know his weakness" Akahoshi says turning towards them.

"I see" Yotakata says with dark grin.

"Hehe, we'll make preparations right away" Shisō says.

They both quickly turn away to prepare but are stopped.

"Wait" Akahoshi calls out.

"Before that we need to distract the annoying flies" He tells them.

The Next Day

*BOOM* *BANG* *KAPLOW* *BOOM*

The loud noises immediately brings all the villagers together near the Hoshikage's Residence including Akahoshi, Shisō, and Yotakata as well as Neji, Shizune, and the Star ninja cadets that were able. What they witnessed was a horde of Naruto's setting off bombs and different explosive devices.

"What's the meaning of this!" Akahoshi shouts.

"Oh sorry, you can cut it out now guys" Naruto orders.

"Yes, sir!" The clones barked out before dispelling.

"Naruto! What are you doing!?" Neji shouts.

"Oh I just wanted to gather everyone to show them our mission is complete" Naruto says.

"Huh?" "What's he talking about?" "Mission?"

"What do you mean boy?" Akahoshi asks annoyed.

"I mean this"

Naruto pulls out of scroll and unfurls it so his hand in the middle when *poof* the Star appears right in the middle of his palm. Several audible gasps were heard throughout the crowd.

"Congratulations, what happened to the theif?" Akahoshi says.

He walks over taking the Star from Naruto's covered hand.

"Oh the thief ..."

"Yes, what happened to them?" Akahoshi asks again.

"About that ... turns out they wouldn't give up without a fight so I had to kill them" Naruto tells him.

Naruto looks directly at Akahoshi and flares his eyes, but instead of red they flared a purplish-reddish color.

"Ah I see, were they alone" Akahoshi asks.

"They had a little help, turns out it was a missing-nin from your village" Naruto says shocking everyone.

"A missing-nin, who!" Akahoshi yells.

"I wouldn't know obviously not being from this village" Naruto says.

Everyone develops large hanging sweat drops from their heads especially Neji, Shizune and the newly arrived Tenten, Rock Lee, and a barely awake Sumaru.

"But they did tell me a story about how the Third Hoshikage caught a couple that tried to steal the Star before. How they believed it was harming the children that trained to use it's power, sickening them and ultimately killing some of them" Naruto says shocking the assembled crowd.

"That's absurd, I trained using the Star's power and I am perfectly fine" Akahoshi boasts.

"So am I" Shisō joins in.

"As am I" Yotakata says.

"Yes, well so did the theif and you know what's funny?" Naruto says.

"What?" Neji asks this time curious.

"The Third Hoshikage agreed with them, which is why Star training was suspended until you killed the Third Hoshikage" Naruto reveals.

"What!?" The crowd shouts.

"This is absurd, what gives you the right to come into my village and spew such lies!?" Akahoshi shouts.

"Then why don't you tell us exactly what happened the night he died?" Naruto asks his eyes flashing again.

For some reason Akahoshi couldn't stop himself, he felt ... compelled to tell the truth in front of everyone.

"I ... I ... confronted the Third Hoshikage, he was ruining the village by stopping the star training. One Star ninja fully trained to use the Star's power is worth a whole army of regular shinobi. I tried to make him see reason, but he just kept talking about how it was hurting weak fools who couldn't handle the training and killing them. So we had to kill him to save the village!" Akahoshi rants.

"Boss!"

Shisō and Yotakata couldn't believe their boss was ratting them out like this in front of everyone. That's when they looked at Naruto.

'It's gotta be his fault he's doing this' Shisō thought.

'This has to be some kind of freaky jutsu he's using to control the boss' Yotakata also things.

"Hey, it's not true!" Shisō shouts

"It's that kid is forcing the Hoshikage to tell lies, get him!" Yotakata yells.

Both of Akahoshi's accomplices rush to attack and stop Naruto. But were thwarted not by Team Gai, but the villagers and shinobi surrounding them.

"What's the meaning of this. I am your Hoshikage!" Akahoshi shouts.

"You killed the real Hoshikage!" members of the crowd shouted.

"Since you've been in charge the village has gone to shit!" Yells one Star shinobi that joined the crowd.

"Let's get them!" The crowd shouted.

Of course as soon as the crowd targeted them they immediately called upon their training.

"Kujaku Myōhō - Ninja Art: Kujaku!" All three shouted.

Together they easily took down some of the stronger members of the Star's shinobi forces scaring off most of the crowd as they ran to save themselves.

"You know you shouldn't have done that right?" Naruto asks.

"Who cares brat!" Yotakata yells.

"Yeah, we killed the 3rd because he was weakening the strength of our village. Under my leadership the Star Village will become the strongest village and compete to become the 6th Great Shinobi Village!" Akahoshi yells.

"That's right and anyone who get in our way will be dealt with" Shisō agrees.

That's when Akahoshi takes the star and implants it directly into his chest. He hears Neji and knows he's using his Byakugan so they see the same thing the alien chakra is flooding Akahoshi's system to a near meltdown. His two friends channel their chakra too letting the possessed Akahoshi feed even more off of their chakra.

"I should have done this from the start. I will be the 4th Hoshikage, no one will stop me. With this power the village of Hoshigakure will rise to take it's seat as the strongest village among the shinobi nations and all will bow down to me ... " Akahoshi rants.

He would have ranted more if the chakra didn't spike to Biju levels and take him over. The alien chakra envelopes him like a chrysalis changing him as more and more chakra surrounds him. His hair turns white and the chakra surges again until it forms into a serpent like creature, even his two accomplices are afraid of the changes. Fully formed the beast roars while Akahoshi laughs dementedly.

"HAHAHAHA!"

*RRROARR*

The beast then forms a ball of chakra and hurls it at the crowd of remaining and downed shinobi and citizens of the village leaving them all unconscious and unable to fight even Akahoshi's friends. It then targets Naruto and Team Gai, but Naruto has had enough.

'I haven't used his power in a while, but if I don't this thing will destroy everything' Naruto thinks.

Channeling his chakra Naruto closes his eyes given in to the cuastic feel of the Kaen's chakra and letting it explode out forming the chakra cloak first and then grew until he was at five tails. Since he and Kaen worked together Naruto was able to use up to 7 tails of the Kyūbi's chakra in what he learned was version one of his jinchūriki abilities with few to no consequences. Naruto and Kaen trained until Naruto could use a level two version of his jinchūriki form, but he could still only safely use three or four tails of chakra in that state and it wouldn't be necessary to deal with this beast.

Feeling in seeing the viscous red chakra Naruto produced shocked Neji.

"My god, what is this?" Neji questions.

He knew Naruto was powerful, he proved that in his match months ago. But he had no idea Naruto had this much power, and what was that strange second chakra source that was pumping out the red chakra. Naruto no longer looked like Naruto, but instead he resembled pictures they saw of the Kyūbi. Neji and Team Gai made a note to remember and report this back to the village.

*RRROOARRR*

The alien chakra entity formed another ball of purplish chakra to blast Naruto and the group from Konoha and genin from the Star Village, but Naruto gathered the chakra of the Kyūbi's to form a tailed beast ball (Bijūdama). Both attacks clashed creating an explosion similar to nuclear attack washing over much of the village and destroying everything near them. Thankfully Shizune, Team 10 and the genin of the Star Village managed to get one out of there and safely away from the fight once they saw what Naruto was doing.

When the explosion died down only Naruto was left in the crater, his clothes were torn but he looked fine other wise. He searched for the possessed Akahoshi, but couldn't find him until he heard another roar only this time it was from above. Akahoshi was flying diving towards Naruto unharmed from the explosion. Naruto waited until alien possessed shinobi was close and then used a simple substitution, confused the alien being never saw the two Kyūbi enhanced clones jump from different positions behind it and nail it with 2 Rasengans.

The resulting explosion and the roard of agony was all anyone could hear from far away. It was the silence afterwards the enticed Team 10 and members of the village to return to the scene of the fight. When they did only Naruto was left standing in a crater. Most of the girls upon looking at him blush and turned away slightly, including Tenten.

"Uzumaki, what happened here?" Neji says as he climbs down to where Naruto was.

"I won" was the simple the reply.

"I can see that, but where is Akahoshi and the Star?" Neji asks refusing to let Naruto get to him with his antics.

"Well ... see ... they kind of ... exploded" Naruto says out loud.

"WHAT!?" shouts all the now awake Star ninja that could hear.

"How?" Neji asks.

"My attack damaged the creature so it started pumping out more and more energy until it exploded. That was the explosion you all saw" Naruto explains.

However, nobody was buying.

"Look" Naruto says pointing to the ground.

Everyone looked where he pointed and saw tiny sparkling purple fragments littered across the ground.

"The Star!" shouted the citzens of the Star Village.

Next day Leaf Village Hokage Tower

"So not only did you kill the village leader that requested the mission, but you destroyed a priceless alien artifact harming relations between our village and theirs" Tsunade surmises.

"I killed the murderer of the real Hoshikage, saved a village from a crazy power hungry maniac that had designs on overthrowing the whole balance of the Shinobi world with his ambition, not to mention technically I completed the mission. I defeated the thief, retrieved the star, and gave it back to Akahoshi before he became stupid and implanted the thing forcefully into his own chest" Naruto defends himself.

Tsunade looked over to Shizune and Team 10.

"And there reports won't report anything different?" Tsunade questions skeptically.

"No Lady Tsunade, it's as Naruto-kun says" Shizune says stepping up.

"Except we could actually see the fight because of the strange chakra Uzumaki used when fighting Akahoshi" Neji reports.

Immediately Tsunade whipped her head to Shizune whom nodded.

"Team 10, that will be all. Well done on completing your mission, your pay will waiting for you at the Mission Assignment Desk" Tsunade says.

"But Lady Tsunade .." Tenten tries.

"Team 10 dismissed" Tsunade says sternly.

Knowing it was futile to fight, Team 10 leaves the office but not without one last look at Naruto. Once they left Tsunade enacted the privacy seals around the room.

"You can use, IT'S chakra?" She questions.

"I am it's jinchūriki" Naruto states like it was obvious.

"But how?" Tsunade asks.

"How what? How do I do it? How do I know how to do it? How do I feel? What exactly do you mean by how?" Naruto questions.

"Any of it, all of it" She retorts.

"Why should I tell you such information?" He asks.

"Because I'm your Hokage!" She roars.

"Tsktsktsk, remember my deal Tsunade-chan. I don't have to answer you" Naruto reminds her.

"Cut the bullshit brat, I need to know. If you continue to use it in the field, it could be a detriment to your teams safety. Plus ..." Tsunade starts.

"I call bullshit on that. I don't need to use it. "Actually I do, I've practiced using it away from prying eyes just in case I ever needed to use it" Naruto tells her.

"Will you at least allow me to perform a scan on you to make sure there was no lasting damage?" Tsunade asks.

"Fine" Naruto says agreeing.

Walking over to her Naruto allows her to use the Mystical Palm Technique on him and found nothing wrong.

"I'd still like to do some further testing and I'm sure the pervert would like to be involved" Tsunade tells him/

"Why does he need to get involved?" Naruto asks.

"Well, originally he was the one that was supposed to take care of your training. Especially when it comes to dealing with the Kyūbi" Tsunade tells him.

"I still don't get that. He told me about it, but as far as I know he isn't a jinchūriki. He's never trained one before, and my mother nor Mito ever even used it's power around him. It's not like other nations would willingly give him notes on how they trained their jinchūriki and from what I gather Jiraiya isn't the type to actually teach anything. He's more like the type of teacher to show you a new technique and then watch you fail a few times before getting bored and going on about whatever they deemed more important, while you struggle" Naruto argues.

"Still it couldn't hurt to have a second pair of eyes looking for any changes to the seal while I look for any changes to your body" Tsunade argues back.

"Then use my mom, not only is she a former jinchūriki but she is better seal master than Jiraiya" Naruto responds back.

"Look brat, I've had to deal with your mother coming in and out of my office pestering about medical terms, procedures, and techniques. If I didn't know any better i would swear she's trying to become me!" She shouts.

"Actually she came to me about helping a girl through a difficult pregnancy and what methods could be used to make child birth easier" Tsunade tells him.

"Hmmm ... did she say who it was she was trying to help?" Naruto asks.

"Ohh, and here I thought you got one of your little girlfriends knocked up" Tsunade taunts.
