Chapter 3: Missions!

After some time of navigating through the village, I finally found myself back to my place.'This should be it,' I thought

The place looked big for a civilian household. It looked nice and just overall made me smile, seeing as that I would not have to live my second childhood in ruins as the other transmigraters that I read did so

Suddenly, a screen popped out in my mind as it showed the mission and rewards

"Um, Lix. Do you control when missions are available?"

I curiously asked Lix since Lix is quite honestly like a sentient system of some kind. It's very much different from any other system that I have seen, that's for sure

[Yes, and what fun is there without you doing missions? It is all part of the gig, after all as a system.]

"I see. This shouldn't be too hard. I'll do it later. For now, I need to eat!"

I hurriedly went inside the house and was greeted by a wonderful smell coming from the dining area

"About time you've gotten back Andrew. I was about to go look for you. "

Suddenly, a beautiful woman appeared beside me, looking at me with worried eyes

"Are you okay, dear? I told you not to go outside for too long, nor wander too far out of the house."

She said to me with the classic attitude of a caring mother. 'From my memories, her name is Feona, and my father is named Shiro.' I thought as I nervously scratched my head

"Don't worry, mom. I was not hurt! I'm too strong to be hurt by anything!"

I energetically said as my mom couldn't help but giggle at me when she saw me say that

"Even at night, you're still energetic as before. Come on, baby, dinners ready. You're Father will be coming home soon. "

I nodded at mom as I immediately went into the table, and I started to dig in

Not long after, I saw a young man enter the house as I assumed it was my father. Father was above average in terms of looks, but mother was just, on another level, compared to him

After briefly talking with them, my mom took me for a shower, and now I was sent into my room. My room was very big. I immediately smiled, seeing this. More space means more training opportunities, at least small training

Mom gave me a kiss on the cheek as she left my room, greeting me goodnight as I greeted her back enthusiastically

"I guess I have the rest of the night all by myself, huh Lix."

[I guess so. I'm assuming you want to finish the mission, right?]

"Yahyah, my main goal is to cultivate to the extreme. Can you make like a bucket list or something for that goal of mine and my future ones?"

I grinned, thinking that Lix is potentially the greatest system ever

After that, I decided to look around my room for a while. There wasn't anything interesting, to say the least, just a few normal furniture for a big room. 'Okay, it's time to unlock my chakra.'

Finding a nice and comfortable place to sit down with my legs crossed, I started to meditate and concentrate my will. Trying to find my chakra inside of my body 'Lix, what's the next step in unlocking my chakra? I am quite clueless about understanding this part.' I thought.

[You're doing it right, Andrew. But you're missing the final step. There are many interpretations about unlocking the chakra inside of your body. But for simplicity, try and find the energy source. Once you feel it, I mean feel the slightest bit of that energy, then think of a chain bounding that energy between you and your veins. And break that chain and release the chakra all over your body.]

Lix explained, and with my ability, 'Unforgettable Memory', I was able to understand the concept of it immediately as millions of different outcomes and possible possibilities suddenly appeared in my mind about this single concept of unlocking your chakra 'Goddamn, this is insane. I feel like Dr. Strange but more overpowered.' I thought

Not that long, I felt the energy inside of my body as I quickly broke the imaginary chains bounding it

*Boom!*

Suddenly, a strong chakra fluctuation was released all over my body in an instant

[Woah there.]

Lix said as he quickly limited the chakra that was constantly releasing out of me to not alert any of the ninjas for the sudden burst of chakra

"Woahhh,"

I muttered out as I held out my hands in front of me. Veins that were in my hands, all the way into my shoulders popped out as they were bulging so much

And not a second later
