"Minato-sensei?"

 A familiar laugh came from outside the hospital room. Even before the person entered, Yasuke knew it was the Fourth Hokage, the current commander of the Konoha ninja force!

 But, hearing what the Fourth Hokage said next, Yasuke fell into deep thought.

 "Alright then, Uncle Nara, see you later!"

 After Uncle Nara left, Yasuke glanced at the item in his hand and found it was a blue pill.

 Recalling a certain medication from before his time-travel, Yasuke's eyes twitched as he looked at the blue pill.

 The Fourth Hokage, noticing the pill in Yasuke's hand, smiled and said, "Yasuke, Uncle Nara really cares about you! Don't underestimate this blue pill.
