Chapter 128 - Sirzechs is acting strange today

"By the way where is Sirzechs?" Zeoticus asked as Sirzechs is very rarely late for breakfast. The only time Sirzechs is late for breakfast is when he goes out to drink with his friends.

"I am sorry for being late for breakfast." Everyone turned their head towards the long red haired familiar figure, Sirzechs. Sirzechs walked to the dining table and sat next to his father Zeoticus.

Sirzechs calmly sat down and let the maid serve food on his plate. Sirzechs looked at everyone with a smile. "Good morning Everyone."

"Good Morning Brother." Rias

"Good Morning" Zeoticus

"Good Morning" Venelana

"Good Mo... Everyone greeted Sirzechs back.

"Sirzechs did you know that Finn has woken up?" Sirzechs father, Zeoticus asked.

Sirzechs was about to put the food in his mouth but hearing his father's words, Sirzechs paused in the mid way and replied. "I have met Finn and talked with him. Finn said that he is going to look through the old records to learn more about his Blood Curse."

"Brother, Can you ask Finn to train me again?" Even though Rias wouldn't admit it, she really enjoyed her training time with Finn. Rias didn't mind if she had to do more training as long as she can spend time with Finn again, just like before. Also Rias had a rating match in 2 weeks, Rias wanted to learn as much as she could and overcome her weaknesses in close combat. These past three 3 days, Rias after training alone has realized how much Finn's training was improving her.

Sirzechs shook his head with a smile and replied. "I am sorry Rias dear. I don't think Finn will agree but I will ask him whether he could train you or not. You know his current situation right? His powers has decreased by 3 times which means current Finn is very weak. Finn is desperately trying to regain his powers."

'Rias Dear! Brother never called me like this before.' Even though Sirzechs was really gentle with her sister but he never called his sister using the word 'Dear' before. Did something happen to brother?' Rias could feel something was different about Sirzechs but she can't point out exactly what it was. Rias felt her big brother was different, like he is changed person or something similar. It wasn't just Rias, Venelana, Zeoticus, Sona, Mio all could feel this. Everyone felt that something was off about Sirzechs today.

'That idiot.' Grayfia noticed the look on Rias and other faces. 'Everything would have been perfect, if I had told Finn a thing or two about Sirzechs normal behavior.'

Finn was the one who suggested the idea of him changing his appearance into Sirzechs and take his place in the Gremory family. In this way, even if rumors about his condition spreads among other factions, they wouldn't believe it since Sirzechs was still alright.

Finn and Grayfia thought by letting Finn take Sirzechs place temporarily, they could keep everything from falling. The family won't break down and remain same. Sirzechs presence could keep the whole Devil faction stable. Other factions who wants to attack Devil faction will keep holding themselves back because of Sirzechs. And lastly Finn and Grayfia might even able to convince Demon Faction that Sirzechs has recovered from Heart Corroding Poison.

That's why Grayfia also agreed with Finn's plan. Grayfia knew that news about Sirzechs condition would cause huge quake in the whole continent since every faction knows just how powerful Sirzechs is.

'I deeply apologize Lady Venelana, Rias and Lord Gremory. I hope you can understand and forgive me. I am doing this for the greater good of Gremory and Devil faction.' Grayfia felt guilt for hiding the truth but Sirzechs presence was more important even if that very presence was fake.

Everyone felt Sirzechs was little strange today but they didn't think much about it. Everyone thought Sirzechs might be playing with Rias. Sirzechs is playfulby nature.

"By the way, Son are you prepared for the peace treaty meeting?" Finn glanced at Grayfia for a moment and saw her nodding her head. Finn looked back to his father's eyes and replied. "Yes, everything is ready. Don't worry Father."

After that everyone didn't paid much attention to Sirzechs except for Rias and Venelana. Everyone was busy talking among themselves.

Eventually the breakfast ended in a peaceful manner. "Grayfia come with me to library. Help me find few old documents." Grayfia followed Sirzechs and left.

'Something is strange.' Rias muttered. 'The way brother talks, walks, even eats has changed. It's like brother has changed to a new person.'

Rias glanced at Sirzechs direction once. 'Na, I am sure brother must have found someone he can love or something. That person must have influenced brother. For now I have to see Finn.' Rias couldn't wait to meet Finn. She felt its been eternity since the last time she saw Finn. Rias missed him very much.

Rias walked back to the training ground to start her training. Even though Finn stopped training her, Rias had developed a sort of habit of training everyday. Everyday Rias and Mio would train while Sona would read books sitting at the corner of the training ground. As for Rias peerage members, they also had started their training since day 1.

Meanwhile Grayfia and Sirzechs went to the library which was located next to the garden. The library was very big and an entire building was made for the Library. The library was protected with magic so even thousands years old documents, books, records wouldn't deteriorate. The was also enchanted with S class Barrier magic.

Even though the library is a big structure, only members of Gremory clan are allowed to enter. Or one must get Gremory household member permission to enter the library.

But in this age, no young generation was interested in the library. In fact Sona is the only person who entered the library most in the entire Gremory house. But these days Sona also read books in the training ground.

Normally the library is empty, sometimes only Grayfia, Sona or Gremory clan researchers would visit the library to get some documents or records.

Finn choose the library since the whole place is empty. Finn can chat with Grayfia without being worried about anyone listening to their conversations. Also Finn needed to go through the old records to find more about his Blood Curse.

Bang!

Grayfia closed the door and glared at Finn. "You almost exposed yourself there." Grayfia couldn't imagine what consequences she and Finn would have to face if Venelana, Zeoticus and Rias learns about current Sirzechs real identity.

"Look I don't know much about Lord Sirzechs. Even though I can copy someone's appearance and voice, I still can't copy their personality and behavior. And I thought everything was going right. My acting was perfect."

Sigh!

Grayfia sighed. "I should have told you how Lord Sirzechs behaved and let you know more about his personality. It's my fault. But." Grayfia looked at Finn's eyes.

"Don't interact with Rias, lady Venelana and Lord Zeoticus too much. They know Sirzechs very closely and might even find you suspicious if you do something that normally Sirzechs wouldn't do."

"I understand about Lady Venelana and Lord Zeoticus but what about Rias. Did Rias has some sort of brother complex or what?" Finn's question made Grayfia glare at him. Even Finn felt that his question was kind of stupid.

"Of course not you idiot. It's just that Rias is Lord Sirzechs only sibling and he for a long time wanted a sibling." Finn awkward nodded his head and didn't look at Grayfia.

The reason Grayfia was angry at Finn is because Rias clearly had feelings for Finn. 'There is no way Rias would love her brother. Everyone in the Gremory House except you has noticed Rias feelings for you. No, rather Rias didn't got her chance to show her affection towards you and that's why your are still unaware about her feelings.' Grayfia thought in her mind. Only Grayfia knew how anxious and depressed Rias she when Finn was in coma. Everyday no, almost every hour Rias came to visit Finn when he was in coma.

"Finn I will help you look through the old records. Just use 5 or 10 of your clones to help me. Use another clone to transform into Sirzechs. If anyone asks then just say that you are helping Finn to look through the old records." Grayfia was telling Finn to go and do his own work. Grayfia knew that Finn had others works so she didn't wanted to tie him here all the times.

Finn nodded with a grateful look. Finn had promised that he would help Kaguya with collecting tail beast Chakra and most importantly he was supposed to save Pakura's life in 3 days but he is already late, Finn just hopes that he reaches to Pakura in time to save her.

'My Clones are searching for the materials to cure Sirzechs so I don't have to worry about Sirzechs for now.' Finn thought.

Finn then made 7 shadow clones. "Grayfia just call me if anything happens." Finn then teleported directly to Land of Wind, to Hidden Sand village.
