Naruto: Sasuke is a Female

**Synopsis:** Alex was just an ordinary man, an avid anime fan who spent his nights binge-watching series after series. But when a freak accident ends his life, he wakes up in a world he knows all too well—the world of *Naruto*. However, this isn't just any version of the shinobi world; it's a dangerous reality where his knowledge from the anime only scratches the surface of what's truly at play. Now reincarnated as Naruto Uzumaki, but with the calculating mind of Alex, he possesses a unique advantage: a mysterious system that grants him abilities, levels, and quests, just like a video game. But this is no game. Every step he takes, every power he unlocks, comes with a price, and the stakes are deadly. The world may follow the familiar narrative he watched unfold countless times, but in this version, Sasuke Uchiha isn’t the brooding boy he remembers. Instead, Sasuke is a fierce girl, her vengeful determination sharper than ever. With the looming Uchiha massacre on the horizon and shadowy figures like Danzo waiting for any sign of his power, Alex must tread carefully. He quickly realizes that he’s not just surviving in this world—he’s playing a high-stakes game where every move counts. Cold, calculated, and driven, he trains relentlessly, mastering the abilities of his new body while exploring the depths of his bond with the Nine-Tails. As he navigates this altered reality, Alex is faced with one pressing question: will he change the fate of those around him, or will the brutal shinobi world twist him into something even darker? The line between hero and villain has never been thinner.

Naruto opened his status screen, his gaze lingering on it briefly before he closed it. With a casual flick of his hand, he shifted his attention back to the history lecture on the First Hokage. It was a history class, after all, and the tale of Hashirama Senju held a certain gravitas. Still, Naruto wasn't particularly surprised by the strength he'd accumulated. After two years of relentless training—and with the system's aid—he had already set his sights on becoming the strongest in the world.

Across the room, Alex was deep in thought. Recently, he'd started to consider what it might be like to become Hokage. The thought of expanding the village's power, of making it a force to be feared by all the Kage, was both tantalizing and terrifying. The Raikage, in particular, made his blood boil; the man's arrogance seemed unparalleled, and Alex relished the idea of crushing that pride, of making him kneel. Strength coursed through Alex's veins—strength that had once been his father's. He wanted all the Kage to tremble at the mention of his name.

The idea made him smile—a small, almost sinister grin that threatened to turn into a chuckle. There was something thrilling about holding someone's life in his hands. Not in a twisted way, but it was like an unspoken power—a trance-like satisfaction. He could feel the urge to carve his dominance, to slice through anyone who dared to challenge him.

But Alex knew he couldn't take the title of Hokage without substantial training. He would either need to train under one of the Sannin or directly under the Hokage himself. He had observed that every Hokage had some close connection to their predecessor: whether it was being a disciple, as in Hiruzen's case, or a blood relation, like Tobirama. If Hiruzen didn't recommend him, Alex knew he could always rely on his own strength. After all, Orochimaru, Hiruzen's prized student, was already itching for a chance to claim the life of his Sensei in the future.

In Naruto's case, his lineage alone was a powerful asset. As the son of the Fourth Hokage, Minato, and the son of Kushina, his heritage was like a golden key. Should the Daimyo of the Land of Fire find out, his connection to the noble Uzumaki Clan would surely sway favor. After all, the Uzumaki were once royalty, linked by blood and marriage to the Daimyo's own family for generations.

Lost in these thoughts, Naruto was suddenly jolted back to reality by a sharp pinch on his torso. Sasuke, who was seated beside him, was trying her best to get his attention. Naruto, however, didn't flinch—if anything, he barely reacted, even when she pinched harder.

If pain turned into skill then the efforts to inflict pain is foolish.

Sasuke increased the pressure, a hint of irritation showing on her face, but still no reaction. With the system enhancing Naruto's resilience, a pinch was nothing. Turning slowly, Naruto's eyes locked onto Sasuke's with a smirk, his lips curving into a slightly menacing smile. Then, he reached down and pinched her thigh, waiting for her to give in.

Sasuke's expression remained calm as she looked back at him with a smile, refusing to give him the satisfaction. 'Trying to beat me at tolerance?' Naruto thought, grinning. 'Alright, let's see how long you can keep that up.'

He gradually increased the intensity, his strength enhanced far beyond that of a typical academy student. Slowly, Sasuke's composure began to falter; her smile trembled, and tears formed in the corners of her eyes. Finally, she gritted her teeth and smacked his hand away, yelping in pain.

"Ah! Stop!" she exclaimed, then covered her mouth as the whole class turned to look.

"SASUKE, STAND IN THE HALLWAY!" Iruka-sensei's voice boomed with irritation. Sasuke opened her mouth to protest, pointing accusingly at Naruto, but he was already looking away, seemingly innocent.

"Fine." She muttered coldly, glaring at him before heading out. Naruto returned her glare with a satisfied smirk, and she turned away with a huff.

"Now, everyone," Iruka said, regaining the class's attention. "Please turn to chapter one, page three. There you'll find a picture of the First Hokage…"

Once class was dismissed, Naruto found himself wandering with Shikamaru and Choji toward the forest, he had made friends with them in the class, since in the future Shikamaru would be useful. Shikamaru looked at him curiously as they walked.

"So, who was that guy sitting next to you, Naruto?" Choji asked.

"Oh, Sasuke?" Naruto responded with a bright smile. "He's my friend. Gets angry sometimes, but he's a good guy."

Shikamaru sighed, crossing his arms. "I'm not sure how you two even became friends. He's an Uchiha—the son of Fugaku, the head of the clan. Just being around him feels like a drag. And it hasn't even been a full day since we joined the academy, yet all the girls are already drooling over him. And you're no exception, Naruto. You've got an even bigger fan club forming."

Naruto laughed. "You're funny, Shikamaru. But hey, want to come with me to catch some fish? I'm starving for some roasted fish."

At the mention of food, Choji perked up, drooling a little at the thought. Shikamaru sighed, muttering something about the "drag" of it all, but eventually agreed.

**The Next Day**

During lunch, Naruto was sitting with Sasuke, eating peacefully, when a girl with short brown hair nervously approached him, her cheeks tinged with a blush.

"Naruto, will you… will you please accept this?" she asked shyly, holding out a letter.

Naruto took it with a smile. "Sure," he replied, making the girl's blush deepen before she ran off, giddy with excitement.

Watching the exchange, Sasuke smirked. "Oh, 'sure,' huh?" she mocked, her voice dripping with sarcasm.

Naruto shrugged, still smiling. "What? You've got your own fan club too."

Sasuke leaned close, her voice dropping to a whisper. "Yeah, but no one knows I'm a girl except you and my family. They think I'm just the stoic Uchiha prodigy, so it's no big deal to me."

After they finished eating, they headed back to the training grounds, where today's lesson was a physical evaluation involving kunai and shuriken throwing. Targets were set up, and each student was given a brand-new set of weapons to keep. For most kids, the novelty would wear off in a few days, but the dedicated ones would train until their tools were dull.

However, when Naruto inspected his kunai and shuriken, he noticed they were rusty and dull. He glanced up to see his teacher, Mizuki, standing nearby, a sly smile on his face.

"Hello, Mizuki-sensei," Naruto said, forcing a polite smile. Mizuki's smirk faded slightly, caught off guard by the direct address.

Naruto turned toward the targets, pausing only a moment before he unleashed his entire set with a single, fluid motion. Every kunai and shuriken struck dead-center.

"Full points for Naruto!" Iruka called, unable to hide his amazement. 'His accuracy is… unbelievable.'

Naruto walked over to retrieve his weapons as the rest of the class stared, jaws dropping. Several of the girls, who'd been warned by their parents to keep away from Naruto, disregarded the advice, flocking toward him with shy compliments.

Meanwhile, Sasuke's performance earned her 15 out of 20 points. Frustrated, she gritted her teeth, eyes fixed on Naruto's impeccable score. 'He's grown so much stronger,' she thought, biting her lip in determination. 'I have to surpass him.'

Shikamaru, who had been watching both of them, sighed as he took his turn. "What a drag…" He lazily threw his kunai, scoring a modest 13 out of 20.

Naruto noticed Shikamaru's apathy and couldn't resist teasing him. But as he turned back to Sasuke, who was retrieving her kunai, he commented, "You're getting weaker, Sasuke. I can't have a weak rival, can I?" His tone held a challenge, and he bent down to demonstrate the proper grip on a kunai.

Sasuke's expression hardened. "I don't need your help, Naruto. If I get stronger with you holding my hand, what kind of rival would I be?" Her gaze was cold, but fiery with determination.

Naruto looked at her with a cold look before he nodded, respecting her resolve. "As you wish," he replied, putting his hands in his pockets before joining Shikamaru.

Yet, a sense of restlessness gnawed at Naruto. The quiet days, the academy routine—it all felt… too peaceful. Deep down, he longed for something more, a chance to truly unleash his power. Power, he knew, amplified who he was, and he couldn't deny that darker desires lurked within.

Soon after, he found himself wandering alone near the academy, his eyes falling on a small cat purring nearby. As he absentmindedly stroked it, he felt an urge rise—a thirst for control, for dominance. Focusing his chakra, he activated a weak Lightning Release technique, enough to paralyze the animal. It meowed, a hint of anger in its eyes, but couldn't move.

Naruto's gaze became distant as he lifted his kunai, a trance-like calm settling over him. He tested the blade against the cat's fur, watching its reaction with a strange satisfaction.

Suddenly, a strong hand gripped his wrist, stopping him mid-action. Naruto looked up, startled, and found himself face-to-face with a man bearing an X-shaped scar on his chin and one eye concealed under a bandage.

"Hurting animals won't satisfy you, boy," Danzo said, his tone as cold as steel. His calculating gaze lingered on Naruto, assessing him. 'This boy… he's even more powerful than Minato. His chakra is extraordinary, and his heart… it's dark, like mine. Perfect.'

Danzo handed him a special kunai, its edge covered with poison to inflict excruciating pain. "If you're going to kill, do it properly."

Naruto took the kunai as he inspected it and then a with a single stab, he watched as the paralyzed cat convulsed in agony. Its meows turned to pained gasps, and something within him stirred, a feeling he couldn't quite name.

And then he felt it, as he watched the life fade from the creature's eyes.

'I feel… good.'

If you like it then good, if you think it is disgusting then also good, that was the whole goal and if you like the cat dying in pain then control yourself.
