Twitching uncomfortably, he slowly awoke, becoming aware of the rocky ground beneath him.
"What happened?" Still disoriented from what had occurred before he woke up in this rocky place, he questioned himself.
'Ah, it appears I died in my previous world and was brought here by some unknown force. But why?'
"Hell--?" Before he could shout, his voice got stuck in his throat as unimaginable pain engulfed him. His head spun, and blood began to leak from his eyes, which had transformed into beautiful red sclera with his irises turning a dark shade of red, with white pupils shaped as horizontal rectangles.
Before he could take any action or regain his balance, he lost consciousness and simply fell to the ground from his sitting position.
The pain he experienced came from receiving the memories of the thirteen-year-old Uzumaki-Chinoike. Thirteen years of memories in a single second would have overwhelmed a normal person's brain, but he was far from ordinary.
In fact, an Uzumaki was anything but normal, possessing an immense chakra reserve, exceptional life force, and extraordinary talent in Fuinjutsu. They stood as anomalies among shinobi.
And with the addition of the Chinoike lineage, with their Dojutsu mastery in controlling iron-rich liquids, blood, and incredible genjutsu prowess, he was unquestionably an extraordinary being.
But the pain had served as the catalyst for awakening something invaluable in his new life.

As I woke up, I found myself in an awkward sitting-falling position. After a moment, I decided that was enough and stood up. I had previously received the memories of this lad whose name is Uzumaki Arashi, which explained where I was.
"I'm in a wretched world," I muttered with a grimace, forcing a smile. 'And in a wretched land too - the Land of Bears, where the meteorite struck two hundred years before the canon began.'
'What's with my damn luck? Not only am I an Uzumaki now, but I'm also a fully awakened Chinoike,' I mused. 'I suppose that's my cheat to survive this world.'
I also discovered that the Village Hidden in the Stars currently had no treaty with Konoha, and the Second Great Shinobi War was also happening.
It might be tempting to leave this land considering the circumstances, but they possess an incredible power-gaining tool that can provide astonishing results. However, dealing with chakra poisoning from the mysterious Peacock Method could pose a huge challenge.
As I walked out of the forest, I came across a cluster of old Japanese-style houses. It was clear that this couldn't even be considered a village; in the modern world, the most appropriate term would be 'a block,' and nothing more.
Why do they even call themselves ninjas when they lack manpower? Not to mention, there are only weaklings here. The Jonins of this village would fall to the hands of Chuunin from other villages.
It would be best I leave, then again I am also the son of the previous head of the village, the second Hoshikage was my father, he died along with my mother by poisoning.
I believe the third Hoshikage might be the one. After all, the fourth killed the third Hoshikage to assume the position. Something similar could've happened in the past; I can't dismiss this possibility.
To survive in this world, I see two options. The first is to flee this village and seek refuge in Konoha, but that's risky given Danzo's bloodline hunting.
The second option is to develop this place into a proper ninja village, with skilled shinobi, and create a new powerhouse village in the Shinobi world.
As I opened the door to a two-story, small, old hut-like house, I found myself inside my new home in this world, As I wandered inside aimlessly, I stumbled upon numerous items that were not in my memories.
Among them was the Ketsuryugan jutsu scroll, presumably kept here by my father for when I awaken it, and the Uzumaki Fuinjutsu knowledge scrolls that I knew my mother had left for me when the time came.
My extraordinary luck had come to my rescue once more. These Uzumaki scrolls likely would only respond to my blood, and with my knowledge of the language from my previous world, this could potentially elevate me to a top-tier character in this world.
"Ha... hahaha... hahahahaha." Without realizing it, I burst into uncontrollable laughter like a maniac, overwhelmed by the happiness that compelled me to do so.

As Arashi laughed, the village, which occupied only a small space, could somewhat hear his laughter, making it seem as if he had gone mad.
However, his occasional laughter had a familiar ring to it, thanks to his dad who did the same from time to time.
The second Hoshikage, despite his lunacy, wielded incredibly powerful jutsu that had earned him the recognition of all the villagers as their leader.
Since the majority of the villagers were shinobi, they aspired for their village to attain greatness one day, so they were drawn to power. They understood that the third Hoshikage wasn't as powerful or versatile as his predecessor.
However, currently, the third Hoshikage was indeed the strongest in the village, at least as far as they knew.
The radiation from the meteorite that had struck the land two hundred years ago had transformed the chakra within their bodies into star chakra, granting them unparalleled control.
The village was situated in the Land of Bears, a small territory surrounded by neighboring small countries who shared their border with the Land of Fire, a much larger nation. However, if the small countries were to unite, they would surpass even the Land of Waterfall in size.
This was precisely what Arashi Uzumaki aimed to achieve. In order to survive in this harsh and unforgiving world, he was willing to do whatever it took.
If he could become the leader of the Land of Bears rather than the Village Hidden in the Stars, he would hold a prominent role as the Daimyo.
In the grand scheme of things, the position of Daimyo in a small country like the Land of Bears might not be very significant. However, if he could successfully unite all the surrounding countries and lead them, it would mark a truly significant position of power.
The Shinobi world would witness the rise of the Star which was as dazzling as the sun.
