[You cannot be a new character. You are not going to get a system. You can get few choices regarding your resurrection but there are some conditions. Since you are a human so you will be reincarnated as a human and not an alien race.]

"So you are basically forcing me to choose naruto universe, which character would I choose in dragonverse? Master Roshi!! Are you sure you can send me to dragon ball universe and not just saying that to make me feel like you are very powerful and reincarnate me in many worlds?"
