2~ Academy and self training

The classes continued, as I tried matching Sensei's information with mine's.

But it was really boring, to the point that even I started yawning.

Diverting my mind from the lesson, I peeked a glance of the students, in the classroom, Sasuke sitting at the window sit, Sakura and Ino on the front bench, Kiba and Shino on the row towards my left, Shikamaru taking a nap besides me, Choji busy eating his snack, and Naruto, Let him be, I don't think he even know what's Iruka Sensei is teaching.

Soon enough my gaze landed on the Hyuga princess, Hinata. She seemed to be a little different. She wasn't peeking at Naruto,She was concentrating on the lecture.

Now that I think about it, Did Naruto meet her before entering the academy, like the storyline?

I doubt it. Naruto and I always go outside together, and I don't remember meeting Hinata ever before. Is it because of me they don't know each other?

Hmm, So this is the first butterfly effect ha. I nodded at my conclusion.

Anyway I hope they end up together somehow.

The classes soon came to an end, as I and Naruto walked out of our classroom.

"Had a good sleep ha?"

I asked, not even sparing a glance at Naruto.

" Yeah.. Oh no I was seriously studying bro",

Naruto soon corrected himself.

" Hmmm, you better study properly if you want to become Hokage".

" And Why do hokage Need to study ha?",

Naruto asked as he walked besides me to the apartment. But I didn't answer, it will be fun when he will come to know the truth himself.

Entering our apartment, I threw my bag at the bed, and sat down on the dinner table for a moment.

" You better eat up properly, we will be increasing the training from Today Naruto"

" Not again, come on Ichiro, let's rest for today ".

" Nah we will be going to the training ground at 5"

I stated before going to preparing lunch. I can't let him and myself slack off, I don't want him to be at the bottom rank of the class.

Even if he doesn't want to, I will drag him up the rankings with me.

After lunch and resting a few moments in the room, we both left for the usual training ground where we train.

Training ground 42.

It is comparatively smaller than the other training ground, but we own this ground. I asked the Hokage to lend us a training ground for ourselves and he eventually agreed.

" Same routine for you, tree climbing and shuriken throws"

I reminded Naruto of his training routine, as he grumpily stomped his way to the nearby tree.

"Get used to it already, Naruto"

I didn't forget to add it, reminding Naruto that this hell was permanent not temporary.

After reassuring that Naruto was doing his training, I started my own.

First was tree climbing. I have already gotten used to it, so after some climbing I got to the nearby pond.

I wanted to try water walking, but it was relatively tough for the current me. I tried it previously, but ended up drowning every time. It's hard to estimate the amount of chakra needed to balance myself over the water.

But eventually, I again cotted my sandal's sole with chakra and stepped over the still water, and as always my leg went inside rather than staying over the water.

*Thump*

I ignore the thump, I am used to it, as it is probably Naruto falling on the ground as always.

After continuously failing, I moved to the next training of shuriken throws.

I am quite good at it, 7 out of 10 on target, Pretty good, if you asked me, as at first I was even unable to throw them properly.

But unlike me Naruto is kind ah bad at it, 0 out of 10 ha.

He will progress slowly, I hope. I shook my head at the utterly defeated brother of mine.

We didn't train more, and concluded our training.

With nothing else to train in, it's better if we don't overdo ourselves.

We don't even knew any jutsu, as there wasn't anyone who would be eager to teach us. But I have my plans.

Firstly, I still remember the hand signs for the shadow clone jutsu, and after the first year at the academy, they will provide us with the basic jutsus like clone jutsu and substitution jutsu.

And if I remember correctly, only 3 years left before the Uchiha Massacre happens. It will be profitable if I can use it to my advantage and get some jutsu scrolls from the uchiha's during the Massacre.

Yeah I have to sneak into Uchiha residence during that night, So my first priority will be getting strong enough to sneak in without being noticed.

" Hey Ichiro, Do you have any allowance left "

Pulling me out of my daze was Naruto's voice.

" why?"

" I wanted to get some Ichiraku ramen for dinner, but you see I already spend all my allowance"

Naruto pulled out a wired frog pouch from his back, and showed me its empty content.

"..."

What did he do with the money? I looked at the empty pouch and then at Naruto, in confusion.

It's only the start of the month and he has already spent all his money. I can't believe it.

"What happened to your allowance",

I asked,how can a mere five years old use all 5,000 ryo so quickly.

"It's okay it you don't want to",

Naruto quickly tried avoiding the question, but like hell I will let him do it.

" Speak"

I said in a little harsh voice.

" I think cup ramen is better"

Naruto slowly nodded as he tried to walk away. but soon stopped feeling my intense gaze.

" I tried gambling, I thought I could made more money"

Huh? My jaw dropped at his reply. Gambling and Naruto? Where did it go wrong? Did I spoiled him?

I looked at him trying to act innocent. Innocent my ass, You tried gambling and now trying to act innocent. I seriously want to know Who is that brain-dead that let a 5 year old inside the casino.

" Seriously gambling?"

I asked again.

"Yeah…you see I heard someone in the village made a ton of money while gambling, and the owner was also nice,he didn't treated me like everyone else in the village"

He tried justifying it as he scratched the back of his head.

Of Course he acts nice when you have money, I sighed.

"Don't go there again or I might end up not giving you your share of allowance"

I said bluntly, before walking passed his nodding figure. It's okay if he doesn't go there again right? I glanced at his innocent face once again. He seemed sad for not letting him go to the casino.

"Sigh… Okay let's get ourselves some Ichiraku ramen for tonight",

I give up, I would rather make him happy than sad.

" But, your allowance?"

He asked, he seems to understand what he did was wrong.

"It's okay, I have savings, So don't worry and let your brother treat you"

I should have a sum of 12000 ryo, as savings, Although I have been saving them to buy training equipment, it won't hurt my pocket if I buy him some ramens right.
