Kage Summit

After slowly rebuilding the village scrolls where sent to the five great villages in hopes of hosting a Kage Summit in the land of snow currently they are waiting on a reply from Kumo and Iwa but Tsunade expects them to push the deadline

Meanwhile Dax is currently beating on him self both mentally and physically due to 'Not being strong enough' all though he was upset that the village was essentially nuked he was more upset that his favorite training ground has completely disappeared, while Dax was sulking Saya was watching as hundreds of clones charged at a blindfolded Dax as he attempted to dodge all of the attacks solely on instincts, This continued until the Date for the Kage Summit was made to which Dax and Saya were pulled into what's left of the Hokage Tower

"You two will be my escorts to the Kage Summit, Mainly because the both of you will not be underestimated unless news hasn't moved, Dax you even got your self a new moniker"

The day for the Kage Summit has arrived but the Hokage and her escorts have yet to arrive inside the meeting room the various Kage are growing restless talking down on Konoha for their failure to show up on time to a meeting they themselves called but immediately paled when a thunderous Roar sounded out in the distance and an overbearing pressure quickly followed causing a certain aged Kage to complain about his back as they raced to the roof only to see pure nightmare fuel... A Dragon completely blocking out the sun casting its shadow across the whole village and the mountains under it as an aged Kage did some hand seals he was quickly interrupted by what they all assumed to be a summon simply disappearing as the Hokage and her two escorts simply walked on 'Air' (Dax's Chakra Step) the Kages and their escorts instantly noticed the two behind Tsunade as the two rising stars of the leaf, Dax 'Tempest' Hikomori and his suspected lover Saya 'Deaths Bloom' although they all expected to see these two that didn't prepare them for the sight

They quickly sized them up using specialized hand signals to inform their respective party of what they can glean but for the most part it was all the same... some thing along the lines of 'Dax has next to no chakra and what he has is being used all across his upper body' as this quickly spread a samurai named Mifune approached

"If you don't mind could you stop the use of Chakra while you are here it is causing unrest between the villages leaders"

Cocking his head as he opened his mouth about to say something Saya spoke up

"Go ahead and drop your Training no need for it here..."

Quickly shutting his mouth he cut off the chakra flow to both the seals and the metal plates as they dropped into the snow causing his brows to furrow as a small amount of lightning hummed and they quickly stacked causing a smile to grow on his face as he slide the stacks into chakra construct containers that he fastened to his belt when a weight landed on his shoulder and gently wrapped around his neck, Feeling this Dax rose his hand and gently let the chino version of Ryu as a heavy purr sounded out just as the mizukage spoke

"Is that your summon or are the rumors true"

With a wide smile on his face as he picked the small whelp up showing everyone

"This little guy is Ryu...(Pointing at the kages one by one) Ryu meet Mei Temuri" as Ryu looked her in the eyes sending a slight chill down her back but not backing down earned her a slight purr from Ryu , "Ryu meet Gaara" Ryu stared him down like Mei but he simply returned it with no visible difficulty earning a annoyed purr from Ryu, "Ryu meet... uhhh A? Right think that's right" just as the Raikages Escorts were about to say something A released his aura causing the surroundings to go tense when suddenly he started groaning and small pops and cracks could be heard from his body as they all looked towards Dax who had a deep frown holding what looks like a shaking Ryu close to his chest

As the pressure receded Dax assumed a stoic face ignoring the full body bruise the Raikage currently has as he turned towards the third tsuchikage while gently petting Ryu "Ryu meet Onoki" Onoki who smiled seeing the little whelp couldn't help but ask

Hearing this caused Dax's brows to rise as he looked at Ryu who had what he could only assume was a smug grin despite being scared not even a second ago Shrugging his shoulder as he spoke he tossed Ryu into the distance

"I don't mind but since you seem so confident do it when he is completely out instead of underestimating him when he's only a fraction of his true self...(Yelling) Go for it Ryu"
