Deception is the best Defense

After getting the necessary information from Shadow, Eigo was scheming a perfect plan and a cruel idea came to his mind.

The best place for him stay safe definitely is the Fire lord temple but he can't stay idle in one place. He has to move to other places to create chaos . Without creating chaos cough cough opportunities he can't build up his strength but the most crucial part is if he is moving away from the fire temple he needs different identities.

Eigo came to a conclusion that in order to deceive his enemies at first he had to deceive people closer to him without them identifying it.

With his clan identities he could get different identities but if he does that people lurking around him would just slice him up when they know his identity. So Eigo needed a person outside of the clan who knows the ins and outs of the countries administration to get different identities. Only one man came to his mind yours " GREEDY OLD MAN JIN."

Before arranging a meeting with Old man JIn , Eigo had to gift some motherly love to his Step mom who had cornered him to his current situation. Eigo had a luxurious life till now in the daimyo's mansion. Eigo had 20 servants that serve him and he could eat exotic foods and have all kind of jewels in his disposal as he was the youngest son Daimyo spoiled him very much.

But because of his Loving Stepmom he had to leave all this and have to live in the Fire Lord temple. Fire lord temple is literally like the modern day monastery where one should lead a simple life. Leading a simple life for Eigo, is a small task as he was very poor in his previous life. But once you start living in a luxurious life its quite hard to move back to previous hardship its all because of his Loving Stepmom.

Eigo came to his Clan's Prison technically he is now using it as a talent gathering pool for people from different hidden villages. People from different villages are recruited here for different reasons but unlike S rank ninja or Jonin ninja the maximum potential of these people were only low Jonin level.

Among them Genma was a low Jonin ninja from hidden sand village who used to be a spy in hidden rock village. Basically his spy cover blown up so Genma took his family along with him to enter Konoha .

But the problem is he doesn't have any usual intelligence nor does he a elite shinobi. If either the Sand or Rock find him they would kill both him and his family. He has a cute baby girl called Clara. Clara is 17 years old now

So Eigo asked Genma to provided a dangerous suicide mission for Genma. "Genma was asked to get into the black market of hidden rock and the hidden sand village issuing a bounty order on Eigo". After getting bounty order he has to join the bounty shinobi's and should enter the land of fire.

Eigo gave some scrolls to Genma and asked him to hand over them to both the bounty teams and even provided him with daily routine plans of his daily action.

After Genma left, He called his guard Akira. Eigo asked "Akira to spread rumors among the Harliver Clan and among the outskirts of the capital in all the Pub".

Next day in the Harliver Mansion, Arata Harliver was giving lessons to his clan kids. Unlike the current clan head of the Harliver, Arata had a unique title among the people of his fire country. He was called as "the most righteous person in the entire elemental nation". Arata was once the head of the Harliver clan. He donated almost half of his clans savings to the people not only in the land of fire but also to all elemental nations after the Second Shinobi War . He even killed his only son in order to save his clan's reputation.

Arata heard a rumor stating that "the young prince of the royal family started conspiring with all the locals nobles in order to obtain the daimyo's position". Arata was quite irritated by the rumors. Arata knew Eigo personally after the assassination attempt. Arata already had clues of the incident which was pointing towards Daimyo's wife Azumi Fukumi. He had already reported his findings to the Daimyo. Daimyo was very furious and scolded his wife directly in front of the elders.

Even the future Daimyo heir Hideki Mononobe was quite displeased by his mothers action. Arata directly went to the Daimyo's council hall without stopping. Even though he isn't part of the council. Whenever Arata comes Daimyo would step down from his seat and hear his advise. It's safe to say that Daimyo only hears to what he says in the entire land of fire.
