They call me Devil

"So, Who is the new girl you brought back? The maids were making quite a ruckus about her. Your girlfriend?" my dad playfully elbows me in the ribs.

"Fujibayashi, Charlotte. A second year at the Academy, I believe. She has potential but unfortunately I have a fiancee already, a pretty and lively one too. How have you been, father?" I checked up with him as I sat him into the red couch in the center of the room.

"Anxiously waiting for you to return and claim your place as King of the the clans. Will you stay the night? Take the throne tomorrow morning. Please, Kenny, do it for your favourite daddy. " His eyes stared into my soul puckering his face into a little pout.

I hesitantly nodded and watched him jump in joy pumping his fist in the air. I accompanied him to the dining hall as he continues pumping his fists.

I saw my mother and my fiancee, Salina, at the end of the table talking to Charlotte. As I approached closer to them, mother noticed father's and my presence. I took my seat beside father and across the table from mother, Salina greeted me as I sat beside her.

"Ken, once again you brought home another of your female companion. May I know the reason you have brought her? " a mischievous grin appeared on Salina's face as she poked her fingers into my forearm.

"Mother, would you do the honours of explaining my nickname ' Devil '. Charlotte is very intrigued when an instructor called me by that nickname."

" Kenny slays dragons and rules over the darkness like no one can." She responded nonchalantly whilst cutting into the steak.

"Huh?? What do you mean by that he slays dragons. Like there are literal dragons?" Charlotte looked over to mother in shock.

"There are dragons, demons, elves, dwalf, giants, angels, demigods and the undead coexisting along side humans. The butler at the front door is a demon, they are strong, fast and about the same build as humans. Aida is a half breed of human and angel, thus giving her the ability of an angel with a human body, perfect for serving my son's every needs. Eve, Valerie and Kol, are undead, resurrected by my son and I from the remains of Valkyrie." Mother shared some mental images to Charlotte as she spoke, their eyes glowing a brilliant white.

"Because he is the strongest wielder of magic, he is crowned the King, however due to his magic dark nature and that his spells are on the level of legions of angels and demons. He is coined the Devil, and also sometimes the Slayer." Salina butted into the conversation as Charlotte leaned back trying to reel in all of the information.
