STORY

"This was thousands of years ago. It all started when humans broke their treaties and started fighting with SUPERAS*....."

"No-no Baba*, I have heard this one many times. Don't hear anything new. Tell someone that you have not heard me till today."

"Okay okay then listen. I narrate about special SUPERAS."

An old banjara 'BABA' was telling these stories to a boy named Sai. Sai keeps coming to these banjaras since childhood because his mother also used to come to these banjaras in her childhood to hear similar stories. These Banjaras come to Sai's city every five years for a month and Sai does not forget to meet them even once.

Sai is an average boy of medium stature. He keeps his hair growing a bit, which his siblings do not like at all. He loves listening to stories and then drawing inspired pictures from them. He paints very beautiful and realistic pictures. Sai considers these stories to be the truth which is being hidden from the world till now. He came to know from these stories that there are some species which are animals but they can live in human form, while out of all these some special people are made guardians who protect the gates.

"Yes, hear me."

"SUPERA, apart from humans, live on earth. They all have different powers. All of them were divided separately according to the five elements. Water, Air, Fire, Sky and Earth. It is the highest of the earth and then of the sky. Air is the lowest. Some water SUPERA and some earth SUPERA had been separated from humans. But they was the most special of them all..."

"NAFAIT"

Both of them looked back and saw a boy standing there who was dressed like a warrior. He says to the old banjara,

"You shouldn't take their name."

"Anirudh what are you doing here?"

Sai learns that the boy's name is Anirudh. Anirudh is a dark-skinned boy of normal stature but his eyes are very attractive.

"I'm looking for someone here."

"Whom?"

"To 'Moraan'. Has she come here?"

"No. But why are you looking for her?"

"There is some work. You continue yours."

Saying this he leaves from there very quickly. As soon as he leaves, he receives a call from Moraan on his phone, who scolds him saying,

"You know that it is forbidden to take the name of Nafat. Then why did you take it?"

To which Anirudh smiles and says,

"I have found you."

On hearing this, Moraan immediately hangs up the phone. Sai was watching Anirudh very intently. That old banjara says to Sai

"What are you looking at him like that?"

"I don't know, Baba. That was very strange. Looks like I'll see him again."

"Maybe well, let's tell the story."

"Yes, yes."

"Nobody knows how they looked because no one has ever seen them."

"What was it, Baba, that no one has seen them."

"They doesn't live in their body. They belongs to the air element but can change into any form and their most important thing is that after changing in that form, they also gets its powers. Someone had just seen a small glimpse of them. They was seen in white color but after that no one ever saw NAFAIT in any other way.....

Come, today I will tell you the story of one such NAFAIT which is a mystery till date. It is about the time when there were some differences between humans and NAFAIT, which increased so much that both became enemies of each other. Both broke all ties with each other and instructed their respective people not to meet them. But a female NAFAIT could not stop herself from taking her to human settlements and markets. There she was roaming in human form. At the same time, her eyes fell on a Ratnakar(jeweler) working there. Ratnakar's eyes also fell on NAFAIT. At first sight both fell in love with each other. The love of both started rising like shores in sea. They both meet secretly. But she soon realized that hiding her true identity could prove to be dangerous for both of them. So one day she took Ratnakar with her to the hill and when she felt that he was absolutely for her then she told him her truth. She told that she is a NAFAIT and cannot stay in one form forever. Although she loves him very much, still she will not be able to stay with him like this forever. Ratnakar was a little surprised on this and said that 'I do not care what you are, if you love me, then both of us will get married today'. Now after hearing this, NAFAIT did not think of any answer and both of them got married. But as soon as they got married, Sardar(their chief) came to know about this news. He immediately started searching for them. But because of some of their special friends, those people hid in such a way that they could not find them. Here humans were also looking for them, but when both of them did not find them, then the humans returned, but the NAFAIT chief was not happy with all this and put a strange curse on both of them and their children."

"What was that curse?"
