Just as Lily's nimble fingers began to make their way past the waistband of his pants, an unexpected knock on his door cut through the silence, disrupting the heated atmosphere.
Tristan, Lily, and Lyla all snapped their heads toward the source of the sound, their faces a mix of shock and annoyance.
"Unbelievable," Tristan muttered, irritation gnawing at him as he straightened his disheveled clothing, pushing himself off the bed. "Who dares to interrupt at this hour?"
"Whoever it is," Lily grumbled, "they have terrible timing."
"The audacity of them," Lyla growled, her brows furrowed in a severe frown as she slipped on a robe. Lily was no different, her disgusted expression mirrored her sister's sentiment. The thought of their intimate moment being spoiled by an unexpected visitor was annoying to them.
