Amanda Jenkins followed the suggestion and walked in.
William sat elegantly in the swivel chair, raising the design drawing in his hand, "So now, can you tell me about the concept behind your design?"
At that moment, all Amanda could think about was how Lilia Jox could have plagiarized her work, paying no attention to what William was saying.
"Amanda Jenkins?"
"Huh?" Amanda came back to her senses.
William gave a wry smile, not liking the feeling of being ignored.
Usually, wherever he went, he was the center of everyone's attention.
"You chose a gender-neutral British style for your design, but you particularly included my pocket watch. Do you think I'm effeminate and you want to mock me? Or in your eyes, am I a fool?"
"Not at all." Amanda quickly shook her head, speaking honestly, "Mr. William, everything you do is the epitome of British gentlemanly elegance which differs from our Eastern elegance. I've never thought of you as effeminate."
