Amanda Jenkins pointed to the table where Lucy Bailey and Jesslyn Derei were sitting, "My friends are over there."
"That girl, you are close with her?" Jasper Bollock asked.
"Which one are you referring to?"
Jasper Bollock pointed towards Lucy Bailey, who was wearing a sexy dress, "Her."
"A very good friend," Amanda Jenkins said with a bittersweet smile, "but that was in the past."
Jasper Bollock frowned more deeply, "Amanda, you shouldn't get too close to her."
"I won't," Amanda Jenkins shook her head repeatedly, "I can't."
Between her and Lucy Bailey, there was already a chasm too wide to cross.
However, at the moment, Amanda Jenkins, feeling dizzy, didn't ponder why Jasper Bollock would say such a thing.
Jasper Bollock helped her walk to the dining table.
"Amanda!" Jesslyn Derei quickly stood up, taking Amanda Jenkins from Jasper Bollock's hands, "Why are you so dizzy?"
Jasper Bollock said, "I met her in the restroom; you all should drink less."
