"Number One, patrol all roads in Jiaowei," Zeng Shen instructed, then took out the Replica Card.

Zeng Shen summoned it, and a line of text appeared:

The rushing water of the river pool under the waterfall mingled with soft voices as the two entered the clear water.

A little black cat, drawn by the sounds, approached the pool. Seeing Zeng Shen, it meowed joyfully, seemingly wanting to jump into his arms but hesitating due to fear of water.

Noticing the cat, Zeng Shen had Lin Keke hold him while he retrieved the cat for a quick wash before leaving it on the bank to dry. They continued bathing for an hour before returning to the RV to change clothes.

"From now on, it's just us. That driver's seat is yours. If you feel like driving, follow Number One's planned route," Zeng Shen instructed.

Lin Keke's alluring eyes obediently nodded, "Understood, Master."

Waving her off, Zeng Shen returned to the back to practice Flight.

Each session was five consecutive casts before he rested and ate, finding that food seemed to hasten his recovery.

After two hours, Lin Keke approached, saying, "Master, Number One's route is complete."

"Good," Zeng Shen nodded. "Number One, plan a route through the most villages to the provincial airport, taking two days."

"Affirmative," Number One's mechanical voice acknowledged.

As Lin Keke turned to leave, her stomach growled.

"Huh," Zeng Shen was surprised. "You feel hunger?"

"Master, except for reproduction, replicas are like real people," Lin Keke admitted, glancing at the leftover beef jerky, swallowing slightly.

"Go ahead," Zeng Shen said, retrieving a box of beef jerky and a 2L bottle of water from his space grid for her.
