"Wow demons are on earth as well" Kai said while looking at the status screen.

"You should start running already" Scarlett said in a worried tone.

"Why that thing is a demon as well so he should have already heading this way after getting my smell and why would the demon hurt me" Kai asked.

"Not all the demons are friendly and you don't know what a demon smells like I m only guessing that it could be a demon"

Scarlett said but before Kai could react a 6'0 tall man came out of nowhere cause kai was trying to avoid beasts while getting out of the forest it was already getting dark and no one is in that area Kai tried to run but that man grabbed his hand "LEAVE ME" Kai shouted but the replied calmly "Don't worry I am not gonna hurt you" "What is your name" Kai hesitate for a sec but he found that the person is really calm.

"M-My self Kai" Kai replied not trying to run anymore.

"Oh so Kai where r u from I didn't see u in this city before" The man asked.

Now Kai looked at the man and noticed that he must be around 40 or 45.

"Yeah I m new here" Kai replied.

"My self John Grimson" John said

"So actually I came here cause I caught a different scent so what are you or what is you surname" John asked.

Kai didn't reply this time. "Maybeow what happened"John said.

"Someone must have turned you in this and now you don't know what you are"

Kai didn't reply again. C'mon boy come to my house it'll be fine if you stay their for now" John said with a smile.

"He is not gonna kidnap me is he" Kai thought but it's already 8 PM and this person is same as him so maybe he is just trying to help so Kai agreed to go with him. Soon they were standing in the front of a house it's not small but not big either "Come in boy I have a lot of questions to ask" John said while opening the door. Kai saw a cute girl same age as him is standing there.

"You r late again and looks like you brought a guest as well". She said while staring at kai. Kia could tell by the scent that she and john are not the same.

"What are you I never saw something like you" The girl asked out of curiosity.

I just became a demon and look I found other demons as well crazy people always attract other crazy people.

"Is this the way you treat your guest" John asked "uh sorry my fault come in the food is ready" The girl said with a cute smile. "You must be hungry and you should change clothes as well they are torn off completely" John said pointing towards the bathroom.

"Maybe I have some clothes that'll fit you" John said. Soon Kai take a shower and wear the clothes given by John it's a white shirt and black jeans they look old but it's better than those blood soaked clothes but they something hit Kai's mind "why didn't he react after seeing him in those blood soaked clothes"

But Kai ignored it and walked in the room there is a table with all sorts of meat dishes on it. John and that girl is waiting for kai. Kai sit next to john and by looking at the food he can't stop himself "We should eat first you must be hungry wonder if you have already eaten a human" john Said while laughing.

Soon they finished the room that girl told him that her name is Cia and john is her father. "So now can you tell me what exactly happened to you I have an idea but still tell me everything" John asked with a serious tone but just then the electricity cut off the whole room is dark now "Don't worry I'll go and see the fuse box" John said while standing up from the chair but then Kai saw a yellow shine in john's eyes as soon as he saw it Scarlett shouted in his head

"RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN HE IS AN ANGEL VESSEL"
