The letter

“The teacher said we have to share the responsibility of the pets so we need to take turns taking care of it,” Steve replied

“Geez that will be hard in our team, but we will have to lie to the teacher that we are taking care of the pet together,” James replied.

“So guys you will have to show me a video of your pet having fun with you at the end of the project." the teacher stated.

“Can’t I skip college for the next one month?” Jane ask Rachael

“You can’t this test is important,” Rachael replied

“Why do I feel like this teacher is a devil in disguise?” John ask

“Because he is,” Jane replied.

Minutes later

They finish having class and walk to the cafeteria

Trevor walks through the passage of the school looking at all the lockers and Christian approaches him.

Christian moves closer to him and Trevor walks back and his back landed on a locker.

“I hope you have given her the letter," Christian muttered 

 “I-I have given her," he replied frightened

“Good,” Christian said and walk away with his hand in his pockets. Trevor walks to Jane’s locker and tries to open it but it was locked he looks around if any student was around and forcefully push the letter into a small hole in the locker. the letter entered and he run quickly away from her locker and carries the hen from his locker and walk to the cafeteria.

“We just started this project and we already have a lot of complaints me my only problem is my cousin doesn’t like dogs," Steve said narrowing his eyes at her.

“It's not her fault most people are afraid of dogs because they are afraid the dog will bite them," Jane added.

Trevor walks to them with his meal and the hen in his left hand

“You are really taking good care of your pet that he has become a bodyguard." Steve teased.

“Where did you keep your dog?" Trevor ask

“It's just in class," Steve replied

“I will advice you to go take your dog students are jealous they might try to steal him," Trevor added

“ I will take him after we have finish eating,"  Steve replied          

minutes later it's closing time and Steve and the other guys line up in front of the class waiting for Jane

“Where is Jane?” Trevor ask

“She went to go get her bag pack," Steve replied

Suddenly she runs to them with her bag hanging on her back

“Were you guys waiting for me?" she asked with a toothy smile.

“Yes and especially Trevor," Steve said pointing at him and she glares at him

“Let's go," she said entering her car and Trevor sits beside her

“Thank you for offering to drive me home," he muttered

“Just take this as a thank you for taking care of the hen all day trust me I don’t hang out with nerds like you," she whined and his smile falls.
