Angel's POV

"If you want to protect Mark so badly, you can totally go be his mate!" Gabriel shouted.

After hearing those words, it was like having my heart ripped out.

How could Gabriel say that? Was I an object that could be given away?

Time seemed to stand still for a moment. I couldn't hear everything around me anymore, I just looked at Gabriel and he seemed to become a stranger to me.

"I didn't regret it before, but now, I regret it Gabriel." I said.

I was pretty sure Gabriel knew what I was talking about.
