That statement alone had made my breath hitch, what was Adrian doing here, on today of all days. Not like it was a big deal, his presence wasn't dangerous at all. But he was a human, I already made a mistake by bringing him into the pack house., but that didn't cause any issues. Even though I was still nervous and Luce had retreated when he learnt that our mate was here, I couldn't blame him.
