Back to the present, Grace unlocked their bedroom door and came out of their room. She looked at her pitiful husband, Mason, who was sitting next to the door while leaning against the wall.
"Are you going to keep sitting here and show that you are protesting against my decision? I can't even imagine that our relationship had degraded so much that I had to see you like this one day," She muttered in discontent.
"Grace, please…" Mason tried to speak but her sudden angry voice stopped him from saying any further.
"Just to make sure that Tina would not attend the conference, you sent her away from here. Also, you won't even tell me where she is right now! Is this how you are going to declare your objection towards me and my actions? I am utterly disappointed with you, Mason. I have really not expected this from you," She huffed and slammed the door against the side walls.
