She can finally feel alive. However, when she's thirteen a debt is incurred that may change her new life forever. One that they won't know the repercussions of until she once again turns eighteen. When that debt is called upon, and the payment must be made, Addie finds herself living in the Kingdom of the Werewolves. She must now figure out how to get home and why her new life is different than that of all the other humans in this world. And on top of that, she has found herself in the sight of the Werewolf King. What is it that he wants from her? What is it that he has planned when he summons her to the castle and forces her to live there? How Did It Go

Uncle Dominic took me to his office, shutting the door behind him to block out the rest of the house. He guided me to the seat that I usually sat in when I came to his office and then he stood near the window like he usually did.

"Tell me what you think, Addie. I can see that you have a lot on your mind." He knew me well enough for that. I knew that, but yet, it still shocked me just a little bit.

"Well, I felt stressed and uneasy pretty much the entire lunch." I spoke honestly. There was no reason to lie.

"Because I was there? Or because of something else." He knew but he wanted me to say it.

"No, not because of you. I just didn't feel as if Finnick and I had anything at all in common. I felt like being there with him, talking about things like that, was, well, the only word that comes to mind is awful. I am sorry, Uncle Dominic."

"Why are you sorry, sweetheart? You did nothing wrong."
