The Main Base is where Zichen torture and pains are always given in right proportional while the one they are in was just a sub section of it and that was Fu Yan dream, To step into the place.

But how could Zichen allow him to step his legs into such dangerous base?. He is just a kid and doesn't need to see nauseating things like human skull, punctured ribs and the rest of them all

And with all of them, His Uncle was currently being tortured there and didn't want him to come in contact with such bad egg.
