As the teacher finally ended the class, I sighed in relief.

These days it was like I just couldn't stand being far away from Alexis.

Not even for as short as thirty minutes.

I walked out of the classroom and headed for the bench in the hallway but I didn't see Alexis.

"What is this? Didn't she signal to me that she was going to wait for me here?" I muttered to myself remembering when she signalled to me"Or did she go home without me ?"

I picked up my phone and dialed her number.

It rang once. Twice but no response.

My wolf started crying. What was going on ?

Liam, Payne and Jacob walked towards me.

This were the gangs Liam hanged out with whenever Grey wasn't around.

They were like "leftovers".

"Hello" Liam said smiling as he hit his hand on my shoulders.

"I don't have time for this right now" I said hastily and wanting to walk away when Liam spoke up.

"Really? That's bad. Guess you aren't interested in finding Alexis"

I turned around to face him as I balled my fist "What did you say?"

Liam laughed"You see, you have time for me "

I grabbed his collar"What did you just say , you jerk!!"

Payne and Jacob held me back and Liam scoffed "I tried to be nice with you "

He punched my stomach"You brat, you should be slaving up to us if you want to see her again not proving tough"

Liam brought out his phone and shoved it at my face"See"

I looked at the video and it was a live filming of Alexis and Grey laughing.

It was like there was a hidden camera where they were and Alexis didn't know .

But Grey knew because he looked at the camera and shoved his middle finger at it.

"Isn't this funny?" Liam said bursting out laugh"Your girlfriend is having the time of her life with Grey. Grey of all people"

Liam had laughed so hard that he started gasping for breath but his expression changed as he looked back at me "And you friggin decide to grab my collar"

As Payne and Jacob continued to hold my arms at both sides, Liam punched my stomach again "You friggin mutt"

He kept on punching me with each blow with a greater force than before.

"Stop it!" A voice shouted and rushed to my side.

I looked up and saw it was Katherina.

"Stop hurting him"she said standing Infront of me with her hands spread out.

Liam scoffed"Hey,get lost. Don't you have any shame? You are protecting an omega"

"Can't you see him? He's bleeding already!do you want to kill him?!" Katherina shouted.

"You know you taking his side isn't going to change anything, right?"Liam's eyes turned to me"That mutt is still going to run to her after now. Doesn't that make you angry?"

"Yes, it doesn't. I'll turn 18 soon and find my mate so I don't care about if he runs back to someone who isn't me. Afterall, she's his soulmate, isn't that right?" Katherina said folding her arms "And you should start acting more mature. Trying to act tough doesn't suite you" her eyes went to Payne and Jacob"especially with these two"

She rushed to my side and helped me up to my feet"Are you okay?"

I nodded my head "Yes, thank you "

"Where do you live? Should I take you?"

I nodded my head to weak to argue"Thank you"

We hopped onto Melissa and zoomed off.

I clenched my fist as my mind drifted to Alexis.

What on earth was she thinking when she went away with Grey?

ALEXIS

It was nice being outside especially after running.

The cool breeze takes you to another dimension and also you completely forget what was bothering you before or what was on your mind.

It was like being reborn. I smiled at Grey as we transformed back to our human form.

I looked around me.We were deep in the forest and there was a white tent set around with lights.

It was a truly beautiful and breathtaking sight.

"Where are we?" I asked taking in it's beauty

"My hideout"

"Why would you bring me here?"

Grey smiled"You truly asks alot of question."

We walked to the tent and sat down .

I pondered on how to go about what I wanted to ask him .

"Say it"Grey said "You look like you have something to say"

I looked down at my fingers"Actually"I looked up at him" I was wondering if you and Liam could stop bullying Aiden"

Grey looked at me with an unreadable expression on his face.

His expression broke into a smile"Is that all? consider it done"

I smiled "Really?"

Grey nodded his head "Yes. Besides it gets boring bullying the same person over again"

"Tell that to Jessica and her minions" I joked and we both laughed.

I looked around at the lights"This place is really beautiful. Did you make it yourself?"

Grey nodded his head"Yes.I-"

I felt my phone vibrate and felt around me to check it.

I was surprised to see my phone on silent. I never keep it in silent.

I saw a missed calls from Aiden and hurriedly called him back.

No response.

I quickly stood up and faced Grey"Sorry, later. Something urgent came up"

Grey nodded his head "I understand"

I ran out headed for Aiden's house. When I'd gone, Jessica came out from behind the tent.

"Hey, do your job properly as a big brother. I asked you to teach her a lesson"

Grey smiled"I did" he looked at Jessica"The live video. Did it get to Liam?"

"Yes, it did.Anways, why did you follow her talk trash about me?"

Grey smiled"Are you that dumb? Isn't it obvious that I have to make I think I'm her friend?" He laid back" oh and that guy, what happened to him?"

"Liam was close to killing him but Katherina interrupted. That b*tch doesn't know when to mind her busniess"

Grey laughed.

"Why are you laughing?"

"Why? Because I have a feeling that things are going to get interesting from now on thanks to those two"
