The worst scene ever

Sly's Pov

The sight in front of me was one I never wished to see. It wasn't something I would have ever dreamed of. Not in a million years.

And never.

I can't tell how I got out of the car, but I did.

I wasn't mindful of the fact that I was blocking the people coming from the side. What I was concerned about was my family.

"Lee!" I sprinted towards the scene of the accident without bothering to lock my car the moment I exited it.

When the truck man saw me approaching, he opened his door and ran away.

I would have run after him when he did so, had it not been for my baby boy who needed me.

The stupid pickup driver can wait. I will get to him after this.

"Someone should call the hospital!" I heard people from behind shout. But I didn't mind them.

I dashed towards the car and forced open the door.

The pickup ran into them from the front; however, the collision wasn't enough to press the car.
