The <Lord Of The Land> is an active skill by the way, therefore he needed to set up the area manually. But the good thing is… there's no cooldown or time duration.

Setting up the area wasn't a hurdle based on the information. According to the description, he just needed to set it up in the translucent map, which would appear once he summoned it the same way as whenever he summoned his floating translucent window.

In regards to setting up the land, the situation is just the same as holding the right key button of the {mouse} device, then dragging the cursor to highlight the area in the computer screen that he wanted to highlight. That said, in this regard, he just needed to use his finger to pin on the map and dragged his finger across the map to highlight the area where he wished to set up his one-kilometer area of effect. The area of effect is the field inside the one-kilometer land.
